We recently worked RE/MAX's Natalie Hodson on the purchase of a home and were impressed with Natalie's service as a real estate professional (excellent knowledge of WY real estate market (mkt trends, neighborhoods, schools, state laws, etc); working with stakeholders (ie. inspectors, assessors, repair folks etc.); thoroughness/attention to detail in the contracting process; prompt/thorough reply to our communications; consideration of the needs of both buyer and seller; ability to move stakeholders along in the closing process; ability to develop an understanding the housing needs of my family and respond to those needs. More importantly we were impressed with Natalie's sincere interest in helping our family. We had originally contacted Natalie about a home that we lost interest in after learning more details about the home. Natalie spent time speaking with us about the local market, schools and town even though we were not interested in any of her current listings. Some time later we contacted Natalie about another home that we ended up purchasing. In all our interactions Natalie has been professional, considerate, efficient, and extremely responsive. But the relationship did not end at the closing table, as I have reached out to Natalie several times for recommendations or information on the area, she continues to provide great advice, and friendship. Natalie has been a joy to work with and I would highly recommend Natalie and RE/MAX to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I would HIGHLY recommend NOT using Thermopolis Wy Remax. I just sold a house with Natalie Hodson and would never use or recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. She acted as the buying and selling agent which is legal for some crazy reason in Wyoming. NEVER allow this to happen as you stand a chance of being mistreated and your best interests not being looked out for. Natalie was clearly pushing this sale at any cost and was completely disrespectful during the whole sale. She was angry and yelled at me using the “F” word to get her point across. I have ran a successful business for 28 years and can’t imagine talking to one of my clients the way she did me. She threatened to quit days before the closing late at night do to my lack of cooperation which was laughable. I went above and beyond all requirements asked of me and in fact Natalie was the one that never answered her phone and rarely returned my texts. I was so happy the day that house closed and would recommend NEVER USE REMAX OR NATALIE FOR ANY REASON. There are much better reality companies around that will treat a buyer or seller with respect and not act like a 2 year old.

I recently sold my house in Thermopolis, Wyoming, and Natalie Hodson was my realtor.I moved to Thermopolis with my family about three years ago, and Natalie was the one who helped us find just the right one. She worked very hard for us to make the purchase happen, and she was able to reduce the purchase price of the property, to our desired amount . In the process of us purchasing our new home, we became very good friends. She is not only very professional, knowledgeable, gracious, and very humble, she is very sympathetic of once situations, and would always make sure to communicate any issues or any problems that would arise.
Moving forward three years, we decided to sell the house she sold to us, and once again she was right there, for us. She prepared all necessary papers in a matter of days, worked around our schedule to have pictures taken, and as soon as she had all that she needed for a proper listing, she posted it, and it was wonderful. She was faced with a very difficult situation, since we the seller were going through a divorce, to make sure we all are on the same page, and agreed on all selling points. She made sure to communicate with us both on a group chat, so we would all be informed at the same time.Some situations that she had to deal with, would have made many realtors reconsider their involvement. She was so patient and tried to make everyone happy. I was and still am very grateful that she never gave up and saw it to the end. I recommend Remax to anyone who wants to sell or buy a house, and if you want someone who is honest and a straight shooter, you want and need NATALIE HODSON. i APPRECIATE ALL THAT SHE HAS DONE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY, THANK YOU NATALIE.

Natalie Hodson was the best!!
We showed up in Thermopolis on a Saturday night and early Sunday morning Natalie was at the house we wanted to see in less than 5 minutes. We originally weren’t going to use an agent but she was so knowledgeable,friendly and kind that we knew she wouldn’t steer us wrong. We ended up with the house we wanted the most and thanks to her knowledge of brokers it was said and done in a very quick manner. We’re now blessed to have her as a nearby neighbor and friend. We HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.

I would recommend remax realtors to everyone looking to sell or buy a house. Jody and Tom were the best!! They made shopping for and buying a home a great experience for our family! They are very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I will definitely refer all my family and friends to this agency!!

While the folks there at Remax are friendly enough, it is clear they are not going to miss a single dollar. My experience with them demonstrated this as I was charged $2400 just for creating a contract for me. I had already sold the home and arrived at terms with the buyer, but they still insisted on a 3% commission just for the contract. I also had to wait 3 weeks longer than I wanted, but my pleas to move the closing up fell on deaf ears. Additionally, they have their special arrangements with other local service entities which I found a bit off-putting, and clarification had to be made on my part to prevent being co-opted into their services. Lastly, I was not given the title to my home even after the discussion made clear, that I would hold the title in my name until the place was 100% payed off. So a full week after the late closing, I'm still picking up the mess caused by this organization. But they have their money, so I'll just go soak my head, and you can too if you go with Remax/Thermopolis.

The Remax office in Thermopolis went above any expectations of a real estate office. I was an out of town buyer and the whole process and attention to detail was great! And one of the employees even does property management which makes the whole endeavor possible.
