Never buying anything again from this shop. I purchased at their Black Friday discount. And when I received the item it didn’t fit. I tried to return and they denied saying that it was final sale. Which I would not pay an overpriced piece of clothing if I knew it was final sale. They try to take advantage of their customers with the final sale so they can profit illegally from their overpriced items. Horrible customer service. Don’t buy from this small business no wonder why they stay small business because they take advantage of their customers forcing them to a purchase that their customer is not satisfied with it!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company! Not only are the clothes comfortable, trendy and affordable but the customer service is also incredible. Anytime I go out in a Resa dress, people stop and compliment me. I am a repeat shopper and always look forward to all of the new styles that come out. Highly recommend this brand!

Ugh I love RESA. They do such a fab job at making gorgeous prints and super flattering fit styles. All their mesh style are my absolute fav and always make me feel so great. Most importantly, I have received nothing but incredible customer service from their team and Suzanne herself. She/they are super responsive and really try to help you! I fell in love with a new print of theirs and ordered asap but needed it to come over night. They made sure my order got out within the hour I placed it and I was just blown away by the customer service! Can’t wait for my next purchase honestly!

I would give zero stars if I could. First of all, I really do actually love the pants I purchased from them. They are make with great quality and fit beautifully. But their lack of concern for customer service is disappointing. I purchased 2 more pairs of the same pants that I previously bought in different prints because I loved them so much. Once they arrived one pair didn’t fit the same and just didn’t look good on me so I figured I’ll keep the two and return one.
To my mistake I overlooked the Memorial Day sale I took advantage of since I’m buying 3 pairs. And am not allowed to return them. I pretty much begged and pleaded with them to return one of the pairs. Let it be known, these pants cost $160. I’ve bought and supported the company and to my mistake overlooked the sale return policy as they don’t accept something if you use a discount code.
It’s left such a bad taste in my mouth, I would never treat a customer at my business like this. And now, packing for my Italy trip, I don’t even want to support wearing them. Too bad because they really are pretty and I got so many questions and compliments on them.

Amazing company! Every piece is so different but all the same 5 star quality and comfort! I recently had a question regarding the length of my most recent cargo pants that I purchased (most COMFY MATERIAL btw) and resa customer service answered me right away! Can’t wait to buy more!

The Max mini dress was the first RESA dress I bought and I'm OBSESSED. Every dress I've bought since then is absolute perfection and the prints and colors that they make are so gorgeous. The Sasha pants are my new fav. I love knowing that when I buy from them I'm supporting a small, local, women-run business. Can't say enough about how much I love this brand 🙂

As other reviews here have stated, buyer beware.

I bought a dress from their website that had all five star reviews on their website and then I was truly shocked at the low quality of the dress for the high price tag when the dress arrived. I returned the dress and attempted to leave an honest review on their website. Weeks passed by and I didn’t see my review so I reached out to them and asked where my review was. Their response was, “As a company we have the choice of which reviews we wish to publish. As this dress has been a constant bestseller and something we have restocked time and time again, we choose not to publish the reviews that are outliers.”

I replied and let them know that I appreciated their honesty about how they post reviews but was disappointed that their overall policy is not honest. When they only post good, five star reviews and not the other reviews, they are a)telling their customers that if they don’t agree with the majority then their opinion doesn’t matter and b) they’re being dishonest with their potential customer base about the product they are looking to buy. Resa responded that they aren’t doing anything dishonest. When I tried to share my experience with other customers on Instagram (because they weren’t going to post my honest review) but sharing in the comments section, Resa blocked me.

Again, buyer beware. Do not trust the reviews on their website, since they aren’t sharing all the reviews with you and they’re just picking the ones that sound the best to share. They see nothing wrong with this practice and they absolutely do not care about what you have to say as a customer.

Update: the owner of this small business proceeded to call me and tell me that I had been blocked on Instagram because I was spamming in the comments and that, no, outlier comments do not matter. I’ll add that I have never been spoken to with such an aggressive attitude by someone in customer service.

I hope future customers think twice about supporting a business that does not have accurate information on their website about their products and picks and chooses the reviews they will post, and then will rudely tell you your opinion doesn’t matter.
