After Multiple calls, emails & visits to this commercial realtor's office, we still have not been able to see the property that we requested, nor could we get a straight answer of any kind from the realtor assigned to the property. I have even called their secretary to acquire as to the random practices used by the realtor and she replied that is their Company Policy. Well I hope not because that would mean people fill out tenant applications with sensitive information, for nothing, since they say they require this and agreement to the properties terms before you even get to set a foot in the property. When I expressed that we would like to see the location before further progressing into an acceptance of any terms, I received another irritatingly vague email repeating how both items must be filled out before next step. I hope whoever has to deal with these people have lifelock service to help resolve anxieties and doubts.
