Revolution (Arcata) provided the best customer service. I purchased my first TREK gravel bike, the ALR 4. I customized it to have double sided egg beater pedals for the consistent ability to clip-in to mirror my experience with my road bike. I asked them to offer premium handle bar tape for extra cushion which I am loving. Oh, I upgraded the tires to be slightly larger with a grip that will be smoother as I ride on gravel.

You’ll see that tape, the fun bell, the front and back lights as well as the footer to help me understand my consistency in pace.

You’ll also see the pack on the back of the bike which has all my emergency tools.

I really had an idea of how to outfit my bike, but the team at Revolution helped me understand my options and choose what was best for my intended use in a smart way. Thanks again to Revolution!

I get my bikes tuned up for my whole family every year. They do a great job getting the bikes ready to ride. Such a knowledgeable staff and so fun to chop it up about bikes and trails. They’ve been in business a long time for a reason. They are dependable and efficient and do great work. Always support your local bike shop!!

Really needed a brake realignment and Adventure Outdoors or whatever wouldn't do it. Was really in a pinch. Revolution stepped in and helped even though my bike is on the fringe of what they service. I am really really grateful to them. Thank you!

By far the best service I've had from a traditional bike shop. On a tour of the PCH I had a clicking around my crankshaft with every rotation. After two weeks, and two shops that couldn't diagnose it, I was losing my mind.
The mechanic here actually took the time to take my bike for a lap around the shop (multiple times) and was able to trace the problem to my pedals, which were worn out. Prices were fair and the work was fast. Getting to ride in silence for two more weeks was a huge improvement that made my trip much easier and more enjoyable.

After a few weeks on a Pacific Coast bike ride, we ran into some mechanical issues only a bike shop could solve. The friendly staff fixed everything promptly and sent us on our way with some great intel of routes and places to stay and eat. Excellent service!
