I ordered watch 12/27/22 and spoke with Roland , who personally took my order and provided detailed information about the Model 25-Barley Guilloche. Excellent service and a unique beautifully crafted timepiece with precise movement and a sleek design. No issues with watch, so can highly recommend for quality and personalized customer experience.

RGM was the recommended service center for a German automatic watch I own. I sent it over to have it cleaned and lubricated (no major repair needed) and was told that would take approx 12 months or longer because of how backlogged they are. Needles to say have that been disclosed on the website I would have looked for other options. So I ended up paying for shipping and insurance back and forth for nothing.

RGM serviced my Fortis B-42 GMT in Sept 2020.

From first contact they were responsive and helpful. Their repair estimate, both time and cost, was dead on. The watch was returned to me in near new condition and has kept excellent time over the last month, running just a few seconds fast per day.

I'm very happy with the whole experience and I plan to use them again in the future.
