Zero star in my opinion but unfortunately I do not have that option here. Walmart has a better customer service than them. Gallery leader Jocelyn Garcia is useless. Not sure how and why she got the leader position.
RH credit card is a trash. Don't fall for it.
Basically, we applied for the credit card and it got approved right away so we made the purchase and even scheduled a delivery. A few days later, we got a notification that our account is on hold due to some verification that RH messed up during the process. The bank that they use is called TD bank. Let me tell you even if you stay on the phone for 5 hours, no one will answer you. RH won’t help you either because they say you have to deal with the bank. We attempted to go to the store to have them try to call the TD bank and after 2 hours of being on the phone there again the bank said they cannot do anything abt it. We asked the store leader Jocelyn Garcia for some alternative resolution but she did not empathize nor cared to help but simply said this is not RH’s problem. So we literally do not know what needs to be done! This is not the type of service you should receive for a large purchase. Very disappointing customer experience!

Everyone at) this store is attentive and helpful. Somehow, I always seem to arrive at the end of the day. I may be returning samples, or selecting a dining table...they are patient and engaged (even at the end of a long day). They greet you promptly and are helpful.

Terrible customer service. No one greeted us when walked in and not one of the three sales people on the floor ever asked us for assistance. One of them just came behind us and folded up a towel we were looking at. We were looking for towels and blankets and couldn't find pricing for either. After trying to scan one ourselves with no luck we left and went to Nordstrom Home to compete our shopping.
