This place is a gold mine of great deals! Every Friday they get a new truck of seconds to be sold at deep discounts. The staff is so incredible as well. Sean and Kirstin run the outlet and care so much about the furniture. Carmen, Evonne, Ben and Shoshana are a great help as well. Very friendly.

An incredibly good company.

Excellent quality, exceptional service.

Low prices for beautiful apparel.

Also, the customer service has been a very effective way to draw in customers of all walks.

This company has been around for quite some time. I found a beautiful stuffed bunny for my daughter's birthday at the fraction of the cost of anything like it anywhere else.

The room features are of high quality and well worth the price.

Had a few very good experiences here. The staff is incredibly helpful and the items were in great condition—I was surprised. If you are coming here for something very specific then you might not get lucky, but we came with an open mind as we have a few different pieces we need for a new house and thought the store had a ton to offer.

The best way to take advantage of the outlet here is to keep coming back on a consistent basis to see what new stock they have. We have family who went here almost 20 times over the course of a year to finally find a dining table that they really loved and that they will probably hold onto forever. It's not a glamorous experience by any means but you can get some great RH furniture that really has no issues with it, for a fraction of the retail cost.

Very poor product selection compared to other outlets in the area. Layout of the store is depressing and kills any want to buy their products. Being an outlet, I expected better price reduction than what they had. Most of the furniture had a visible defect or missing items. Only reason for two stars is due to finding a piece of furniture that I would consider purchasing; otherwise, I would rate this place as a single star. The plaza itself is a decrepit mess with questionable characters.
