The ABSOLUTE BEST customer service I’ve ever had! I left a message with RIFF RAFF, asking for help with a special purchase. I heard back within the hour from Kali, who was so kind, compassionate, and absolutely killed it, making this order happen! Emily helped so much with shipping and getting everything out to me. They both went above and beyond and I could not be more grateful. Thank you girls! Way to make a difference in the retail world. Yall are an exception!!

I am amazed by the professionalism and quality of their customer service team. Silly me completely overlooked something and sent the social media team a message and they directed me to the customer service email. Kali in customer service took absolutely amazing care of me, spoke to me like an actual human with plenty of empathy even though I made a silly mistake. I told Kali that she had made a customer for life! Great job Riffraff, Kali deserves a pat on the back (of a raise ?)

Very poor customer service (as in nonexistent). Very poor quality products. I recently placed my first order with this business and never again. Not surprised to see many other reviews on here with reports of damaged items being sent out and no response from customer service. Also they definitely take way too long to ship items after they’ve already charged you for them. It’s no surprise they only offer store credit for returns, because when you send out damaged products of course people want to return them. Trapping people into store credit must be the only way they can make money. And the audacity to deduct return shipping from the store credit?! I wouldn’t have to return the item if your employees hadn’t sent a sweater with a black ink stain on the front and a 2-3 in run/hole in the sleeve. It’s literally not even worth returning. I don’t want anything from this store ever again. Long story short, don’t waste your time with this business. They send damaged items, don’t respond to customer concerns and make you jump through hoops and basically just steal money from people to keep the business afloat. Zero stars isn’t an option.

I've placed several sweatshirt orders over the last year with Riffraff because their products are not only great looking but also are of the highest quality. They always ship promptly and offer excellent above-and-beyond customer service! They are now my Go-To store for gifts. If you haven't tried a corded sweatshirt, order one now...Fabulous.

Kali Harrison is a rockstar! My order was already in the process of being fulfilled and I reached out to Kali and asked if I can get a different size. In under 2 hours, she was able to find my package, unwrap it and swap it to a different size! This is my first time ordering from Riff Raff and it won't be my last.
