This morning David with Right Choice Outdoor was really helpful when it came to finding the right mower for my needs. Transaction was quick and David gave me a great demo on my mower. Absolutely not. I've done business here for a few years and will no longer. For the last year it's been one disappointment after another and you can never get a straight answer. They use to be competent but now, zero confidence. When I couldn't get mine serviced they said I could always just buy a new one.

The owner and manager are very knowledgeable about the products and know how to put you in the right mower (equipment) for you! I highly recommend these guys. It's my favorite store in Siloam Springs!!

1 out of 10. Would not recommend. Buy in Oklahoma, save the sales tax. This team has a big issue staying in communication with people and it starts from the top with Jake Beasley, the GM imo.

Leave voicemails, leave messages with other team members. Nobody gets back, it's a relaxed atmosphere. Perhaps TOO RELAXED. If you're in a hurry, don't be. Even if you got until kingdom come, go elsewhere. Just my personal recommendation. Friendly folks, sure. But definitely not interested in making others time a priority.

Case in point, my 2024 61" badboy rogue snapped a belt last year with 20 hours on it in September, 2024. Because I didn't buy it at Right Choice they wouldn't warranty the belt, I had to pay cash for it while it was still under manufacture warranty. I was told if I'd bought it there, they'd help. It's their business but I certainly don't appreciate the predatory practices.

Buy a Scag... they will service you well at the Scag dealer.

Never have what I need I can call them. They can say that they have it and then I drive to pick up which my drive only takes two minutes they don’t have it and if they do have it it’s a completely different price than what I was told need to change their name from right choice to wrong choice.

Friendly staff meets or beats their repair-shop estimates. They keep the parts in stock that we need. Bought a Bad Boy mower (manufactured in Arkansas) that has turned out to be great.
