It was an awesome experience! They had a big room with computer monitors so employees can all play together for free. They even had the office setting studio that was filmed for the series 24 with Kiefer Sutherland!
It helps to have someone you know that works there. We even experienced an eSports game competition playing Valerent. It was televised to 60,000 people!
Plus their cafeteria had the best food ever!

I got to tour the place with a family member and I had the best time. It almost made me want to quit my job and mop floors for Riot just to experience the atmosphere everyday. My favorite part was the nautical themed coffee bar and the DDR. This place was definitely a highlight of our trip to LA but maybe I’m just easily impressed.

The place is much better than you would think. On twitch it's a different point of view, but this spot has a merch store, a food stand style store inside with the studio being all in the same building. The ambient is great when you arrive but make sure you get there early enough if you want to be in the front. They make a line and they sit you row by row and seat by seat. You dont get much of a say on your seat other than when you arrive and they seat you where they tell you. Feels like a movie theater with every seat not being bad really. Seats were pretty comfortable too so in all honesty, come give these guys a chance and get the full on League of Legends experience.

One of the worst administration over there, promoting hatred and racism in their games under the title "tilting" and program riotVanguard scans unrelated documents in pc "to prevent cheating", how can I know if it is really for that purpose or like some now banned antivirus programs, collecting sensitive documents at some place 🙂 - anyway soon we will find out...

This is about League of Legends, a game I once truly enjoyed but can’t anymore. The ranked system this season is a total disaster. Gold is filled with Level 30 accounts boasting win rates over 80%, making balanced games nonexistent. Smurfs dominate every match, and it’s frustrating to play in such a broken environment.

Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed in Riot. For a company of this size, I expected much better. This is the worst season by far, and it feels like they’re not even trying to fix it. Such a shame.

Controversies asides, I am glad I got to come see the headquarters of one of my favorite games. Riot Games has created a fantastic community around their most popular game, League of Legends. While we couldn’t go inside, I got a few pictures of the outside.
