Got permanent bracelets today, both with charms and had a wonderful experience. It was a quick process overall and we both love our new bracelets. Each of them were about $200 which is a bit high, but hoping they last a long time!

Highly recommend! This shop has so many cute items that are great quality. The incense smells amazing, the crystals are true to size and description, and the roller scents provide much needed aromatherapy (and just smell good overall.$ They even added cute stickers and a few freebies! Unfortunately my Aurora hair spray broke during shipping, but the shop responded to my email promptly & kindly, and they are replacing it as soon as it’s in stock!! Can’t wait to order again.

My experience with Ritual Space for “Lazer Links” was wonderful. Isabella was extremely helpful and provided quick responses when booking the appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Elena and Catherine which set a great tone for the appointment. I truly felt like a valued customer throughout the appointment. My 2 friends and I are thrilled with our zapped bracelets and can’t wait to get more!

I’ve been going to Rituals for around two years now, and they have some of the kindest staff! Everyone is always so sweet and ready to help. I have been loving the jewelry I’ve got from them, everything there is very high quality (I usually shower with my pieces and nothing has worn). Also, it’s so convenient to get gold plating done next door if anything does wear! The home goods at the shop are always so beautiful, always getting lots of compliments on my candles and coasters! Thank you guys for being so kind and welcoming 🙂

THIS PLACE IS RACIST. Me and my friend (both black women) visited this shop and the employees did not greet us whatsoever and a white couple walked in right after us and they greeted them loudly and kindly. It is almost 2023 and I was appalled by how they blatantly failed to acknowledge our existence. I am very knowledgable about crystals and was planning on purchasing there, but after experiencing that, they lost my business. How can you claim to be a spiritual shop and fail to treat people with kindness? It’s a very low vibrational shop for a store that claims to be about spiritual healing. If you really want a store for spiritual items, go to Rocky’s Crystal and Minerals shop. I went there after and had a much much better experience.

Beautiful shop, but known to be unwelcoming to people of color. I visited this shop for the first time last week and I spent about 10 minutes there. During my entire time in the shop I was never greeted or spoken to at all. The employees did, however, greet and attend to customers who came in after me. I was the only black person there during my visit. I tried not to take it personal and I still made a purchase. But after checking some yelp reviews and learning that other people of color had similar experiences I had to make sure I left a review. For this to be a spiritual shop it has very low vibrations. Hopefully the owner and employees can see these reviews and do better.

This store was quite a treat! The art work and set up was beautiful. The products were a little pricier than I was expecting when I set out to this location but they are well worth it. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable and there was a dog in the store (might not mean much to everyone but I will go out of my way to meet other people's dogs). The art work and jewelery was amazing. Even more amazing was the fact that much of it was made by the owners, other employees, and local artist. The collection of natural and organic products was extensive. I found many things I did not know that a) existed and b) I needed. I definitely recommend!!

I love this store so much! The jewelry selection available has a lot of local and small business artisans wish I can really appreciate. On top of that they have ridiculously good smelling candles and cute gift items for anybody that you may be thinking of. Anytime that I’m in Philadelphia this is a must shop stop for me!
