The owner of the store definitely has a personality that matches her store; fun, unique, and smart (she also has the most amazing high-end collections that has a fast turn-over due to her reputation in the business, I believe, and the she curated her selections where the quality of the items are still very desired). She knew that I was going to be the owner of a 1997 vintage and collectible version of a Fendi baguette, and was nice enough to take the bag off display and hold it for a week for me as I do not live near Carmel. She came and opened the shop an hour and a half early for me as I arrived early to beat weekend traffic. Would definitely do business with her again!

I visited this store on a recent trip to the area (which I adore) and fell in LOVE. It is very well-curated, a true delight for the designer vintage lover/huntress. You can tell that the owner has a passion for what she does. The owner, Ava, was also very helpful and gave me a lot of great ideas for how to style pieces I purchased. I can't wait to visit again when back in Carmel. I will definitely recommend this shop to others.

This store is a treasure! I happened to come across it on my visit to Carmel. The owner, Ava, is so sweet and made me feel like I was getting a personal shopper. She has great taste and the selection of her merchandise was amazing. Can't wait to go back. Thanks Ritzy Ragz for my new shoes and jacket!

I put a mink coat on consignment before COVID hit. I tried visiting a few times but they were closed when I was able to get there. Very difficult since my husband had his leg amputated. I even called one time and spoke to a person that said she would have the owner coming which never happened so finally six weeks ago I went in to find out what I can sign for $1000 mink coat was sold for $300 over a year ago and yet they didn’t think twice about paying me my $99 that I would get for the sale if I known that I would’ve just kept the coat which is actually what I was going to go do is just take my coat back and I’m still waiting on that money six weeks later after I was in the store and they said they would get a check out to me. I don’t think I’ll be doing business here again.

I walked in with my friend and my 14 year old chocolate lab as a majority of these shops are dog friendly even with valuables or any fragile pieces around. The woman who was running the shop (unsure if it’s the owner, or just an employee) came rushing up to us, and proceeded to say in the most demeaning and sharp tone, “AH AH he’s a little too big”— I was obviously taken back because who speaks to someone like that? There are so many ways to tell someone that they don’t allow dogs, & had it been said nicely; that would’ve been fine. I looked at my friend and then back at the woman, and the woman then again (after a total of 5 seconds) repeats what she said in an even sharper tone and louder; as another customer was in there. My friend offered to take my dog outside and wait for me to look around and I kindly declined and said I would not be giving my money to a business like this. The woman had a horrible attitude when my friend, dog & I turned to walk out and said, “Have a nice day!”. I truly cannot believe the way she handled this, and I refuse to give my money to someone like this. Absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable. Do better. And to the woman, have the day you deserve.

Super sweet staff .Picked one shirt one sweatshirt and a vest.Yes they cost a pretty penny well worth it.Is not a thrift store.Wish there where more stores like this one high quality clothing for sure.

Some great designer stuff. We walked in and asked for Ferragamo and she instantly pulled out 10 different items! Vintage from 60s to 2000s, lots of buyer samples too. Most things were in good shape for vintage. A fun shopping trip!

Visiting the area and we were in search of high end consignment. We stumbled upon this little gem....going in here is like a private tourist attraction. The owner was so high energy, witty, and just all around nice and adorable. Even if you don’t want to buy anything just go in this store to try on once runway clothes. You won’t be disappointed.
