Food is excellent. The portions are small for $12 a plate. People, not so much. I understand they were under staffed but, we waited 45 minutes for 2 fish plates and then they took our order up front and didn’t tell us so, who knows how long the food sat up front. Again, food is excellent. Old cranky lady cooking and the lack of proportions, not so much.

Nice place that has a feel as though I've stepped back in time a bit. Combo gas station, convenient store, and home cooking restaurant, all rolled up into one. They cut fresh meat and do catering as well. The plate lunches are among my favorite in Saline County. Catfish Friday is hugely popular with all the locals.

I happened by this place by family friend who loves catfish as much as my Daughter and I do.on Friday is when they sell a boat load of catfish now they have many other items to snack on and many beverages. I would really like to Recommend this place.

Came in with my mother Virginia and Uncle Raymond on Friday night. The catfish is excellent. I used to swim here when it was Cecil Jones in the 60's and 70's. Lots of great times and excellent food.

Got a sack of crawfish this weekend! They were on the small size of lobsters. Only 4 or 5 dead out of the whole sack and the price was the cheapest I could find. Thanks Riverside!!!!!

Loved the selection of food. Good eating.
Swimming in the Saline River there is great for small children. As always Stay safe !!
