I was supposed to receive my delivery between 12:00 and 4:30 at 2:00 p.m. and get a call from the driver and he's at the wrong location. Not my fault. However, I later speak to yourland at around 2:00 and he tells me they won't be delivering my Home Depot delivery today because The wrong zip code was put in. This is Home depot's AI that it changes the address. This is unacceptable. This is not my problem. I will be complaining to Home Depot about this. You are a terrible contractor for Home Depot. I expect more. Goodbye

Overnight parking , clean restrooms , vending machines my apt was 8am I checked in 7am got door right way now it’s 9:50am I’m loaded. It’s frozen warehouse yes sometimes it takes longer but they make sure temp is right.

To check in you need 62 number 6 digit and po number for delivery if ya deliver early morning have those this from ur dispatch or broker in hand there are 3 buildings here rls 1and 3 you check in here and if delivering building 2 it’s first on corner as u make left the parking lot you check in there for number 2 building there is limited parking for night now don’t come got truck stop near by

They had overnight parking I was able to complete a 10 I arrived the night before at 1:00 a.m. my appointment was 10:00 a.m. they got me out a little before noon

Extremely fast loading!!! Very nice place. ! Set up your reffer -10 before arrive. Is better to fast load! Very good place!! Overnight parking is available!

Driver, got there at 7:40am. Got in a door at 8am. Did not start to unload until 10:15am. When asked why, woman at reception said I was late for my appointment time. She said they had me in the system for 7am. My delivery papers said 8am and that is what I need to go by since I don't have access to their system. Also, the woman at reception was not friendly at all when I inquired why I was not being unloaded.

Got here at 8 apt time 11 time now 1500 not even started unloading the truck , bunch of employee walking around ,wondering if I'm at the wrong door but I'm not , only truck parking in door 6 more waiting and then wander why you get late at your next pick up
