Always excellent service. The guys in the fishing department are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to show me how to rig my line for different types of fishing, definitely going above and beyond.

This place has nice gear for hunting and fishing. Pricey $$$$. This is not a place to shop if you’re looking for hiking gear. Largest selection of yeti I’ve ever seen.

Fishing staff very knowledgeable and helpful. A striking contrast to Fisherman Wharehouse. Nice quality products, especially Simms. I'd do a 5 if the prices weren't a tad high. Still, I continue to go there.

I took my 1911 in for some upgrades (yes they have a gunsmith) and he is great. the selection is incredible. i dont think i'll ever step into Big 5 again. the people are very nice and helpful. i'll be back soon

Bought a trailer here. Great experience. fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The best prices that I've been able to find for the ttpea of trailer that I was looking at. I would definitely recommend to family or friends. Thanks a bunch!

RMI Outdoors only cares about making a sale. They do not care about the quality of products they sell. Be warned if you have any issues with something you purchased from them, they will turn it around on you and say you’re at fault. I’m so glad I spent my hard working money only to purchase a lawn ornament. Do better RMI Outdoors

I had a highly disappointing experience with RMI Outdoors. I purchased one of their trailers, but within just a month, it became clear that the product was not up to par. Unfortunately, when I approached RMI Outdoors for assistance, they refused to stand by the product they sold.

This lack of accountability and refusal to provide support left me feeling extremely let down as a customer. I expected better after-sales service and a willingness to address the issues with the trailer. It's disheartening to invest in a product that quickly proves to be of poor quality, only to be met with indifference from the company.

I strongly caution potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from RMI Outdoors. It's evident that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction or take responsibility for the products they sell. There are other reputable companies in the market that offer better quality products and stand by their customers.

Good prices. Huge selection and very friendly an knowledgeable staff. Used them to take my FSC. Couldn't be any easier. 🙂 Don't sleep on the fishing section

Go up
