Outside of the amazing food, Rosy’s alcohol selection is great, and service is even better! Rosie goes out of her way to make every customer feel welcome and valued. Whether you’re just grabbing a quick drink or need help choosing the perfect bottle, she’s always there with a smile and expert advice. It’s rare to find such personalized service these days, and it’s what makes this spot so special. Highly recommend!

I stopped by for a quick bite and ended up eating a whole meal including food to go! I had the tacos and tamales and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. I’ve never had more authentic Mexican food in my life, it even came with cucumber on the side! This is one of those whole in the walls that you bring your friends to and surprise them with how good it is

I stopped by Roadside Rosie's for a quick snack, but the irresistible aroma of carne asada quickly changed my plans. I ended up ordering two tacos, which were absolutely delicious, and decided to try a tamale—because, well, it was freezing outside. The tamale was incredibly soft, packed with the perfect amount of flavorful chicken, and so good that I placed an order for six to take home! I’m not a local, but this spot has officially become a must-stop whenever I’m in San Francisco. Highly recommend!

The best homemade Mexican food you can find. Made fresh right in front of you. The chef is awesome. Try the tostada it’s huge. The tacos are awesome. He always has specials as well.

So, we had two empanadas (chicken) were so good my nine year old ate both and gave us parents just a taste. The two tamales (one chicken and one cheese and jalapeño) both were excellent as well. The banana leaves that they’re wrapped in made the masa taste as such. Street taco (two pork and two beef) were fully loaded and the homemade tomatillo sauce was perfect. Then finally the torta (pork as well) my favorite, had all the fixins and just put the meal over the top. All this was made by their executive chef, and close personal friend of mine Osbel. If you get over to North Beach please give them a try. By the way owner Rosy is sweet and inviting, you love this place, trust me.

These are THE best tacos in SF!! As someone who previously lived in San Diego, it had been hard for me to find comparable Mexican food in the city, but Roadside Rosy's has succeeded any expectations. My highlight of the weekend is always stopping by here for a bite to eat.

As a vegetarian, I am delighted that they have a delicious impossible meat option! They use fresh ingredients and the food is obviously made with love, making this such a special meal. Every weekend they have new and creative specials on the menu, such as birria, chile verde, etc. Follow @OsbelFood on Instagram to see what they are.

Great little spot to grab some good beer, wine and liquor. I was hoping to find some good local beer while in SF for vacation. They had a nice selection, and I was very happy to find Russian River options (including Pliny) at Rosy’s.

There is also hard seltzer and good liquor options, as well as soda, juices, mixers, and everything you’ll need for cocktails.

Rosy is also very pleasant and nice to talk to! It was also nice to meet her Doberman!

Enjoying my first visit to the beautiful San Fransisco, and I like to drink. I always find a local spot to get myself a nice taste to save on liquor. I was impressed with the reviews of Rosy's liquor so I had to go here. This little place has such a large selection on every type of liquor with pretty good prices. What I appreciated most though was Rosy. We had a really good conversation and she is such a wonderful person with a beautiful spirit. She said customer service is important to her and she definitely delivers that. I felt like I've been coming here forever. Besides the great selections of alcohol, they also serve authentic Mexican cuisine. Amazing! I'm so glad I was able to shop here and meet such a nice person. Highly recommend to visitors like myself and even if you are a local.
