Understaffed and Does Not Live Up To Promise. Don’t buy their service packages because they do not take care of you after you buy from them. Montclair location is the worst for customer service. (The blonde lady in the picture was extremely rude and wouldn’t allow us to drop off our rings for service. She actually lied to us.) Try the Glendale one. They seem more courteous there.

Im updating my review to 1 star. Been here multiple times and had great experiences, except for this last time when my wife decided to purchased from this establishment. The manager authorized a return on his own behalf, upon pick up on top of that!! Then had the audacity to ask to make the purchase again after already having been waiting for what was ordered for over a month... Real smooth Manager!!

My son came in to browse for an engagement ring, fully expecting not to make a purchase that day. We were greeted by Ken, and I must say, the level of customer service he provided was outstanding. He was incredibly personable, friendly, and professional. His knowledge of the craft was impressive, demonstrating great attention to detail. Although the ring my son wanted wasn’t available in-store, Ken went above and beyond by ordering it from corporate and even came in on his day off to show us the ring. Thanks to Ken’s excellent service, my son confidently made his purchase. I truly appreciate that he wasn’t a pushy salesman; instead, he provided the perfect balance of guidance and support. I wholeheartedly recommend this location in Montclair and working with Ken specifically.

Ken Chang at Robbins Brothers in Montclair is absolutely phenomenal! Larissa Ruedas was very helpful in guiding me through the purchase of my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band! In fact we also purchased my wedding band with her after the amazing customer service we experienced our initial time. She is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions patiently and was just a genuine person that made the whole experience memorable for us. She showed us a great experience and did not pressure us compared to a few other places we went to prior. I would definitely recommend Larissa’s expertise to my closest friends and family.
