My girlfriend and I love coming here to get away. Room 301 is our favorite. It’s the king suite.
The first time here we put our last $10 in the $10 machine as you walk out and won $20. Played another $10 and got nothing. Decided to push it once more and won $600. We don’t really win a whole lot here.
When it’s the hot seat drawings it seems like they pick the locals. Could be wrong; however, seems like it after they called a few locals in a row.
We love that it’s non smoking throughout the casino and hotel.

Side note: girlfriend called in to reserve a room. The girl was real rude to her telling her she wasn’t coming up in the system. (Little did we know she couldn’t look up our players card info at the hotel). Once my girlfriend asked for her name she hung up on her. The night guy Daniel was a huge help and was super informative.

The next day went into the gift shop to get a couple of donuts from the little cafe. I left a $66 ticket sitting on the counter. Walked away and suddenly realized I forgot my ticket. I walked back in and asked if I forgot my $66 ticket. The girl replied “yes” and then looked at the old man standing there. We held up my ticket and he said “good thing I was honest. Then again I’m sure anyone would have been that honest.” I smiled and politely said “thank you so much. I am sure you’re right; however, in this day and age I’m not so sure.” My girlfriend later went in to talk to the girl and she said “as soon as he left I was going to report him to security. He just picked it up like it was no big deal and put it in his pocket. I never would have guessed he’d be like that. He’s such a sweet man.” I was just happy to know there are some honest workers here who would do the right thing.

This review is for the Bar. Visited on 2/12/2025 at around 7:30pm. Female Bartender is a racist and unprofessional. My friend (a Latina woman) arrived before me and ordered two drinks. This bartender was very nice to her, made her drinks perfectly without any issue. But when I arrived (a White guy), she was totally different. I ordered a Long Island; she proceeded to pour me a worthless cup of juice, slam it on the table, charge me 10 bucks and walk away. Message received bro. If you don’t want White people at your bar just tell us that. We won’t waste our time and money. I guarantee if I walked in looking like someone of her “culture” 🙄 I would have got a decent mixed drink. But I don’t speak Spanish or wear pro club hoodies so I got the “go away”treatment 😂 We Won’t be returning.

I had a great meal here. Everything was nice and clean, and the host and server were really nice. The menu has many great choices. The Chesesteak is a great option. I also ordered chicken strips, which were big and crunchy! The fries and onion rings are fresh and crispy here as well.

This is a good stop on hwy 20 for something to eat.

Bed was rock hard, walls are paper thin, food wasn’t good and only 1 option on a Wednesday. Only request was for a quiet and comfortable room as I was staying in town for work. And it met none of my needs. Would not stay here or recommend to anyone.

This was our second visit here to this hotel casino in Nice, CA

This time, we spent several days (Thursday night until Monday morning) here.

First thing I must note! This is a Non Smoking facility! The whole thing. My hubby and I both loved this!

The first time we visited, there was a girl at the check-in desk who I felt couldn't wait to get rid of me so she could get back on her phone. Personally, I would have terminated her for this as this is her job, not her personal time, but that's just me. She was dismissive, and I felt like I was an annoyance to her!

Our room this first time was very comfortable and clean, and I felt like I could kick off my shoes and enjoy my time like at home.

However, this time at check-in, they were very pleasant. The only thing was we were told straight up they would not be cleaning our rooms on the daily, that we could request that in be cleaned in 3-4 or more days (terrible policy, people pay a lot to rent a room especially with check-in being 3pm and checkout 11 am, do better hotels).

They also told us that because people steal towels, if we needed clean ones, we'd have to haul the dirty ones three floors down to the front desk to change them out! Disgusting! I paid almost $500. Why am I expected to do this?

Our room, although it looked clean, the carpets had a couple of large nasty looking stains and several other stains giving me the germophobic vibe of creepy crawlies being there. I had to keep putting on my shoes every time I walked away from the bed.

One of the face towels wasn't white and clean as the rest? Again, it's not good!

The restaurant had really good food even though it appeared not to. The staff were attentive, helpful, and respectful.

This hotel, as well as others, needs to do better! Where is the hospitality?

Come on, it's also a casino. My hubby lost more than $300 there and others lose much more! STOP short changing people like me! Keep your rooms and floors clean. A little extra goes a long way in customer service.

Don't be cheap! Hire people to keep your business running at top par if you want people like me to return and be happy!

Pay your employees, clean the rooms, collect and deliver the towels to your guests!

I will stay here again but hope it's better next time.

If ever in the northern clear lake area stop by this great place has a great variety of food to eat from has a selection of slots and a small bowling alley for children to play great place to visit

The place is ok..but all there machines are old they
have been there as far back as I can remember.but this place at least in my cuple experiences there.(This place will take as much money as your willing to spend and not even say thanks.you put in a 20 dollar bill your lucky to get any of it back.spin lose spin lose win 20cents yah I'm not stoping there any more to blow my money mabey to get a bite to eat.)any way that's my opinion have a nice day
