On 03/02/2025 I visited the Riverside location, where I was
"professionally" measured by an "experienced" employee for a faja. She said I was a size Medium. I didn't believe it because I know I am like a size L or XL but she really interested that I was a size M
We struggled to put on the faja & I told her that it felt very tight!
but she said it's "normal"
I trusted her! Ugh worst mistake ever! So I purchased two fajas in a size medium
I still had that doubt but she reassured me that this was normal.
However, after wearing one for a short period, I found it extremely uncomfortable and PAINFUL to the point that l had to take it off! It left me really bad red lines where it was hurting me. If I would have left it in longer it would have definitely cut me.
The next day, I visited the Montclair location for a second fitting because I wanted a second opinion and she told me that I am a size XL not a M. This confirmed that I was originally given the wrong size by the employee in Riverside
Given that I relied on their employee "professional" guidance and spent $212 on two fajas that do not fit due to incorrect size she gave me. They didn't want to exchange the fajas. I was just offered a 15% discount on a new purchase, which that does not fix the issue when I spent my hard earned money for trusting that employee.I believe an exchange for the correct size would be a reasonable and fair solution.I value good customer service and would appreciate if the manager would fix this but she just said she will give me 15% if I purchase another faja.

Fabulous store with amazing customer assistance. Went to get a colombian faja for post op surgery. They listened to me, didn't pressure me and provided solutions. They helped me put it on and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all!! So kind and professional!!! Will definitely be back!!!

Best customer service I have came across. Staff is sweet and will take care of you. Kimberly assisted me with making sure I had plenty of lingerie options. As a plus size girl I am often discouraged and turned away but not from these wonderful ladies. Thank you Kimberly and Stef . Also customer service is amazing.

I normally don’t do reviews but today I am extremely happy and satisfied with Romance Boutique in Riverside. One of thee best decisions I have made when it comes to purchasing a Faja.

I would especially like to give a HUGE thanks to Kimberly who works there. From day one she was super helpful and nice. She’s such a tiny little thing but she is very strong and can help you put your Faja on no matter the size.

I have purchased 4 Faja’s from this particular store and Kimberly has help me all 4 times with the same wonderful attitude and helpfulness. Her manager Nancy has also been very helpful to me by assisting me in an issue I had with one of my faja’s. Both Nancy and Kimberly assisted me without any hesitation.

If you’re ever thinking of going to this particular store ask for Kimberly, you will thank me later! ☺️

Went in last week to purchase a faja had the best experience thanks to Jazmun! She was a great vibe and made the visit so much fun that I went back a couple of days later to get a second faja. So happy I went there. Any ladies looking for your post op fajas ask for my girl Jazmun you won’t be disappointed!

It’s so nice to go into a store and feel so welcomed. Customer services is the absolute best! I drive 1 1/2 hours away from Riverside just for Jessica and Kim! They are knowledgeable in all the products, extremely helpful and friendly. The fajas here are the best! I definitely recommend this store and their service 💯
