We’ve been loyal customers of Rose Rosa since 2019, when my husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding bands from them. Recently, he surprised me with a stunning infinity band as a push present, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! The ring is absolutely breathtaking—far beyond my expectations—and the pictures truly don’t do it justice.

We also added a meaningful band featuring our daughter’s birthstones, which makes these pieces even more special. I see them as timeless investments, destined to become cherished heirlooms for my daughter on her wedding day.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the team at Rose Rosa for their exceptional work in creating the perfect push present for my wife. She had envisioned an infinity band featuring oval diamonds set in yellow gold, but we had concerns about the fit, especially considering the challenges of resizing infinity bands. Additionally, with our daughter’s arrival, my wife has been experiencing changes in her finger size, and we wanted to ensure the ring would remain comfortable as her body continues to change with potential future pregnancies.

The talented team at Rose Rosa went above and beyond by suggesting the addition of a complementary, tighter-fitting band. They fixed my Grandmother’s opal ring, replacing an opal and adding new prongs while also strengthening all the other prongs on the remaining stones. They also cleaned the ring and made it look gorgeous!! I left another vintage ring there for them to repair and their prices are awesome. I’m very happy with the work they did for me.

Gave them a ring to fix for me (bent) and when I received my ring, I was so disappointed to see how much gold they took off my ring. I clearly stated just knock the bend out. When I brought it to their attention, they said they didn’t take “that” much off. I never asked for a polish either. Then when I showed them a photo of how the ring used to look, they said the photo was old. As if the gold flaked away over night. To confirm, I took it to the jeweler I bought it from and he confirmed they took off some grams. They even resized the ring and shaved gold off of that. Who said to resize it? I asked her to show me where the bridge is since is gone, they said it’s there. They even shave down the symbol on the ring. (See photo) I felt disrespected so that’s why I’m posting. First time ever in my life I made a bad review. Now I’m getting the whole ring remade. Worst jeweler I ever came across

My experience at this shop was amazing. They custom made both my engagement ring and wedding band perfectly to what I requested. Sammy was so kind and always good at responding quickly and always accommodated when I wanted to make small changes to the details of the rings. I highly recommend this store to create your dream ring and for great customer service. Will be shopping with them in the future as well.
Also they got both rings made within 2-3 weeks, it was super quick which I loved!

Rose Rosa Jewelry is absolutely incredible! We are originally from NJ and have been in PA for years without finding an alternative jeweler locally. Luckily, my mother in law recommended this jeweler to my husband and I when we were looking to fix my wedding band (a Diamond kept coming loose and I was not satisfied with the prior repair elsewhere). When we stopped in, it was near our 7th year anniversary, so my hubby also decided to upgrade my set by adding a second band. From start to finish we knew were in the BEST hands! Absolutely gorgeous inside, the friendliest owners and staff (they even gave my kids lollipops for being well behaved), extremely knowledgeable, extensive (stunning) inventory, they were very patient (hubby is picky & I’m indecisive-ha!), and took such care of my original band and helped us to redesign it to match the upgrade. Very reasonable prices, quick turnaround time and… I could go on and on! OVERALL such a positive experience. Thank you Rose Rosa for my gorgeous set! We will absolutely be back as often as my husbands agrees to! 😊

We walked into this store a little hopeless after looking for cheaper rings at Walmart, and realizing the jewelry section was gone. BEST choice we made for our future wedding rings. The store owner was more than kind to let us in after they closed, considering we showed up at the door just a few minutes after closing. We felt bad considering we didn't have any money to put down yet, but they were more than kind and put our chosen rings to the side in faith that we would come back by payday. We came back, the rings were available for us to be resized, the price was still firm and extremely reasonable, and they resized the rings within a day. This was amazing as we had only had 2 weeks to get our rings. Overall, an amazing place that catered to our needs promptly, and they were even kind enough to hand us bottles of water after we walked to the store and looked pretty sweaty. Overall, the rings are gorgeous. I WILL be back!!!
