I order two set for Mothers Day to give as a gift to my Mother one came perfect in the Vase the second was an outdoor plant that look nothing like the image in the website product 5189. I don’t like to paid for an item and it does not come close to the advertising missing flowers 🌺 does not look professionally done. Delivery was on time but very disappointed with product 5189. I have to correct my review from a 1 to a 5 for what was mention above now for their fast response of Royer’s Flower & Gift. Who shown to me and my family they care for their customers and are willing to go over and beyond to correct the issue and that is what I called a professional Florist shop who want their customers to be 100 percent satisfied and they stand behind their product in how is presented. Thank You for bringing a joy to my Mother and for caring.

I revised my review from one star to four. I had sent a bouquet that was underwhelming and not the size ordered ( it was a loose flower arrangement). I spoke with Amy who was efficient at taking the order. After I posted my review stating my disappointment and a photo of the bouquet received, Emily in marketing reached out to me, agreed that a mistake had been made and that they would send a 2nd bouquet to make things right, which they did. Mistakes happen and thank-you for being a company that cares about fulfilling promises made.

There wasn’t much variety on the roses, but I found a beautiful dozen on International Women’s Day. These were perfect to gift and spread kindness to the women in my life. 🌹💐

This place is great. Ordered my mother flowers to be delivered post surgery. They really helped me find the perfect combination of flowers and box for the event. Very patient amd friendly staff. Astounding service. Ordered flowers for delivery, had to cancel delivery and pick them up myself they refunded the difference. Very polite staff great experience and a beautiful store. Will be a continued customer. Should have a buy 5 get one free flowers punch card 😂

After speaking with Emily the owner I'm updating my review to tell you that Royer's flower shop took great care of us. They provided a beautiful set of flowers for our wedding and the owner went out of the way to ensure our concerns were taken care of. My family and I have been going to Royer's for years and I would definitely recommend them for their selection of flowers, gifts, and overall the care they show to their customers.
