We purchased a new dishwasher. The team was great helping us to find the right option to our needs and were able to answer our questions about how the appliance worked. The price to instal the dishwasher and take away our old one was reasonable and well worth it. The crew installing it did all of the tests and took the time to walk us through the different settings and proper care to make sure the machine lasts. Highly reccomend.

Why travel out of town when the locals treat you better?!!! We feel we are important to them as well as they are important to us. The price difference was nil. I can't stress enough we need to support each other.

"I tried to schedule an appliance repair today and was told that they only repair appliances that they sell. What a petty way to do business. Dave's would repair anything for anyone.

You are missing a great opportunity for business."

I spoke with Randy and he explained thier staffing issues that make it not possible to get to all of Rock Springs, so they are focusing on customers who purchased from them. I understand where they are coming from. I apreciate that Randy was willing to talk this through with me. Best of luck in growing your labor force to cover all of the needs of the town.

Rushmore is a quality store in every way. We found our perfect living room set. A bonus was that it was manufactured just down the road in Utah! USA, baby!!! When s chair arrived with a couple of small flaws, they insisted on replacing it. They left the flawed chair with us until the new one arrived.
The turn around time on furniture takes awhile, but that is to be expected when the furniture not in stock is being manufactured as you order. Highly recommend!

Customer service was great when we bought our appliances, sadly the repair part that was needed was less then satisfactory. No phone call for over 2 days, and attitude upon arrival. Most likely will not be returning for future purchases.
