Uhm, did they use wax paper to grill my pretzel buns I just worked a really long shift and all I wanted was a pretzel sandwich. Unfortunately it seems they used waxed paper instead of parchment to grill my sandwiches. The paper is stuck to them and will not come off leaving me with meat and cheese… I also paid extra for these pretzel buns and cannot eat them due to having paper and residue baked into the buns. I also ordered a fry and it has 10 fries in it all of which are small pieces like I got the end of the bag…

The only good thing I got out of this $20+ meal was my Dr Pepper. If I didn’t hustle work a 16 hr shift I’d go back. But I’m starving and exhausted, I don’t have the energy.

I stopped by here for coffee. It's not a bad location overall. It's very convenient right off of the express way. And the coffee was in stock and good. No main complaints here, and it looked like most things were in stock. The line was a little long because there was only one cashier, but it went quickly. Overall, a decent location.

I got stuck here for about 4 hours while waiting for a tow. The staff were very patient with us and never questioned why were just hanging out. We obviously needed the restroom multiple times during the wait and it was clean and well-maintained. When the tow truck arrived, they were eager to point it out and helped us get through the process. This was a miserable, cold, icy night and it would have been significantly worse without the support from this station.

This gas station has a convenient location for drivers. I will say, however, that the locals did not want this gas station built. It was put up after a convenient fire happened in the spot Mr. Rutter wanted a station. Then there was a whole egalitarian battle between the neighborhood across the street and the Rutter family.

Absolute worst experience I ever had going to a Roger's. We ordered our food at 7 :30 and stood there until 8:10 while most of our food was made. But we're waiting for the Mott sticks now. There was about five people that ordered 10 minutes after us and they ordered Mott sticks and they all got their s after we ordered and got served before us and then when our sticks were ready to go they let him sit in the fire pan for about 12 minutes. Joe, you guys really need to do something with you, a team communication and really get your s*** and gear

Update: the burger I order is cold because they waited an extra 10 mins to make the smooth I ordered.
