Stopped at Rutters Truck Stop today. It might say Truck Stop on the sign but inside was a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Staff was friendly and fun to be around. Daisy was very helpful , friendly to our children and never missed a beat. Food was great and will definitely make a point stop back in our travels. Ty All for the cheer on a not so cheery, rainy day. 💯

Nice truckstop, but don't bother stopping here because local truckers drop their trailers and personal cars in the truck spots.
No parking is available in the middle of the day.
Truckers are forced to park somewhere else on the side.
Management needs to do something about it

And NO, I don't want to submit any feedback on your website. You can submit it yourself.

I typically love Rutter’s. Every location I’ve ever been to is pretty clean inside and out. They have a great selection of hot food and pre packed food. C stores usually have a pretty good selection of snacks and drinks and USUALLY their employees are great!
Not sure what’s going on at this location. The employees seemed to be in a mood. Said good morning to all of them individually as I encountered them and I just got a look. The cashier seemed bothered to be there. Got the 2 for $6 breakfast sandwiches and threw the bottom half of one of them away as it was so hard that you could have played hockey with it. Maybe they’re all just having a bad day. Idk. Gave them 4 stars because like I mentioned, it’s typically a great place to stop at any of their locations. I just hope I feel differently than I do in this review the ne t time I run through here and happen to stop at this one.

Lately it seems something will be wrong with my food orders. Usually something is missing. That’s after them pretty much telling me every time that there’s something they’re out of. It would be nice to know these things before orders are placed. It just seems worse in the short few months I’ve started going there.

Got the ethanol free gas 90 octane on pump 13. Gauge was off and charged me for 1/2 gallon more than I got. Have marks on gas cans that are fairly accurate. Will be filling up a Sheetz down the road from now on.

In less than a week I have had bad experiences in this place. The first, is how is it possible for people to leave their personal car in truck parking lots? I asked a lady how they allowed that and her response was to put on a face that it's not my problem and tell me if you want to notify the corporation. I also placed an order for breakfast and after my order was paid they told me that they did not have the materials to make part of my order. and everything had to be canceled and a new order placed again. They make mistakes and you have to stay quiet and today I went to the place again, I placed an order by mistake, I notified the person in the food area and his response was you have to pay again for what you really want. The person who told me that I couldn't get my money back was going to talk to a person who turned out to be the same woman who had told me that she couldn't do anything with the parking of the cars and who turned out to be the manager. It's not the money, it's the lack of consideration they had. I think they should get a person more trained in customer service.

Went in there and ordered some food. There was this really hot chick working, and she gave the best service I have ever had at a Rutters. The food was really good and I think her name was daisy. Anyways I had a great experience.

Must be nice to be getting probably over $20/hr at this point, and lean at the register and scream at customers to put your items closer to her because she is too lazy. How you are employed is beyond me. The line goes back to the alcohol drinks and you refuse to stand up. You are always leaning and nobody can see you, nor do you offer to help your coworkers. Free money must be nice because you certainly arent working.
