I only wish the employees at this Rutters were told how good a job they do every day. The store is always clean, pumps nearly always have receipt paper, and the hot food display is always stocked for those needing a quick pre-made meal. They have a great team at this Rutter's.

I almost never eat at Rutter's. Now I remember why. Waited a half hour with 2 small orders on their screens with 4 people in the kitchen with such sad faces and not a word out of their mouths. Not even to communicate with each other, and didn't seem to be doing much of anything. And, what did I get for my 30 minute wait? An extremely blackend burnt sandwhich. Which, by the way, I smelled burning while I was waiting. Seems they have the highest pay rate for any quick service restaurant. But, it didn't seem to attract quality employees. Perhaps, its a management or company culture issue? Should have went to Chick-Fil-A and got above and beyond service and great quality food, from employees who make far less than Rutter's advertised starting rate on their doors.

The people making the food are SUPER hit-or-miss. Sometimes I get a stellar, melty sandwich. Alternatively, sometimes, I get a sandwich that is warm, at the least. The cheese isn't melted, and the meat is luke warm, at best. I wish they could be a little more consistent.

Wrong order, multiple times. Got a sausage breakfast sandwich with bacon and it came with no sausage. Asked for a hotdog double cheese and did not get double cheese. The hotdog also tasted musky. Ordered two appetizers and they were thrown in one box, had to pick through to separate.

This location is usually very busy, and it appears to be understaffed. The coolers seemed to be well stocked, but the drink stations / coffee area was in need of servicing. There were minor cleanliness issues. The staff seemed nice enough for my brief interactions. The do have zero fee ATMs.

Super friendly staff at this Rutters. They remember you and are very nice. Rutters is also my favorite place to get coffee... good variety, always fresh, and a fantastic selection of creams, flavorings, and everything else you need to make your perfect cup of coffee. ...and much cheaper than a coffee shop. Love Rutters!
