We bought a travel trailer, we found several issues at our first traveling with it, water tank broken at the water release, they use white not drying paste to repair, all door frames molding coming apart, I had to fix front door because was not closing right. We took it back for repairs, but we found that the frames are not so solid to the repair and they leave glue all around then, not even good glue, we leave the hinge sleeve 2.5 × 2 inside the storage doors, and desapear, also the storage doors key lock robber gasket fall off and one door didn't want to close no more.
Waist of my time and money. I'm never buying here again, and if this continues I'm returning it. I give one star because there is no minus ones.

Great deals and hard to beat, good sales people. The sales manager is extremely rude. Told his sales people to " throw his A*s out" because he miss understood my offer when presented to him. He needs to understand the sales office is small and he can be heard belittling his staff(he told them get the f*#k out of his office) and customers throughout the whole building. Very unprofessional, if you can stand that in the name of a good deal like I did then just be prepared.

We bought our travel trailer from Mike Thompson's RV. Overall, the buying experience was great. We love our trailer. We didn't feel pressured to get something we didn't want. Staff was extremely friendly and we are appreciative of the staff's patience for taking us around and showing us trailers while having two small kids.

The only issues I had was with our service department representative. With that said, I've since dealt with other service reps and these guys are usually on it given the amount of rigs they deal with. I've seen a lot of complaints about service lead times and I do understand that these guys can be slammed. Of course everyone needs their rigs fixed at the same time of year (spring/summer). I also understand that sometimes these guys have to wait on the manufacturers to approve work and ship parts after the rigs have been dropped off, which can take even longer. My trailer (Grand Design) had two small issues from the start. I scheduled to have it brought in and they fixed it fairly quick. I did have another major issue and the service rep completely dropped the ball. We never heard back from him and my manufacturer pre-approved to ship parts for free. It turned out that our service rep left the company within the following month. This is obviously something out of their hands which is why they still get 4-stars from me.

Overall buy your trailer here, understand how trailer service and repair work before complaining about the service department. Majority of the time it's the manufacturers holding you up.

Once we finally found the staff, they didn't know what they had in the lot. We asked for a small trailer and after leaving, saw multiple options in the back of the lot that we would have loved to see, but think they just didn't want to walk to as it was pretty warm that day.
Out appointed salesperson didn't know prices or any details about the trailers he showed us and there were no price lists inside the trailers.
He seemed genuinely unhappy to have been assigned to us. We believe the more experienced salesmen passed us off to "just the guy for you!" because we said we wanted a small trailer.
Well, guess what, we ended up buying a much larger trailer than we had in mind at another dealer who didn't automatically dismiss us because we look young and said we wanted something small.
Don't judge your customers before you get to know them. A sale is a sale and no one else was looking at your lot that day anyway.

This is based on walking around looking at rv's, as we haven't purchased yet, it was great. Friendly staff will help you find what you are interested in. More importantly you can take your time to see how each unit might fit your needs. I found it low pressure but attentive if you have questions.

Sales in the Travel trailer department and Rv are absolutely outstanding. But when it comes to the Part's Department It makes them look bad. I've had nothing but bad experience with that department since day one. So know I refused to take my 2016 travel trailer at this location, gave them so many changes to make up for their mistakes.

If you looking for a camper or Motor Homes this is the place to go. Lot of times the sales staff is showing off the vehicles before they get them checked and they are sold on spot. My Husband and I deliver Motor homes The staff that checks you in is Great especially Tracy and Leala.
