Salesman are great, very friendly and approachable. We have purchased multiple sectionals, sofa beds, and a dining table. The couches took months to arrive, but the delivery service was great! They hefted our sofa beds up two flights of stairs. The pull out couches have all functioned well. Unfortunately, the couch cushion covers didn’t wash well. We used cold water and regular detergent, but they came out much lighter than the rest of the couch. The warranty for our couches didn’t meet our expectations because they weren’t actually able to service our claim. At the time of purchase we were assured that our town, which is a four hour drive away from the location we purchased them at, would be serviced. We’re still waiting on the dining table to be replaced since it had scratches in the clear coat finish when we opened the box.

I went to two other furniture stores before coming to Sadler’s. I left one because I couldn’t purchase furniture unless I had an online account with them. I left the second store because they added a 3% fee on top of the cost because I was using my credit card. I came to Sadler’s because they didn’t require me to have an online account and they didn’t nickel and dime me to death. Their quality was way better than the other two stores. Sadlers should have been my first stop, not my third. I’m so happy with my purchase. Josie, my sales associate was kind and amazing.

Amanda, who assisted us, was simply fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. We never felt rushed or pressured, which made the entire process so much more enjoyable. We explored at least 50 different couch sets and found the pricing to be very fair. Our new couch was delivered quickly, and the delivery team was friendly and professional. We have had the best experiences buying furniture (and using warranted services) from Sadler's. We very much appreciate buying locally so please support this company and employees. When we moved Mom to Alaska we took her straight to Sadler's for her own leather furniture! Great selection and even more options by special order (we wanted a blue leather recliner, took a minute but was absolutely worth it). The sales team is great, and we've had such good experiences having items delivered, picked up, repaired and even swapped out. Shout out to Hector in warranty services for helping us navigate an issue with a power reclining sofa; including buy back option and replacement steps. They keep him pretty busy but we didn't feel like a bother and he really helped us get things squared away. Delivery guys have all done a great job - kudos to them too!

We replaced our Sadler’s 20 year old Tempur-pedic mattress and upgraded to an adjustable bed at the same time. The sales person, Bruce Kempen greeted us and listened attentively to our needs. He was very patient and knowledgeable, showed us multiple mattresses and found us just what we needed, plus having 48 months to pay it off was even better! We highly recommend Sadler’s for your home furnishings. We waited this long to upgrade our bed and this entire experience has been wonderful, in part thanks to the knowledge, patience and excellent customer service provided to us by Bruce Kempen!
