I've had nothing but good luck here. I've been there about 5,6 times. Only got one thing that didn't work and it was $3 so no biggie. I've gotten alot of stereo equipment for good prices. The staff is always helpful and negotiating isn't out of the question.

What am I missing here? Firefighters get paid very well and have great health insurance so why do they need more public money considering their salaries plus raises are paid by Arizona tax payers which adds up to quite a pretty sum? About 90% + of firefighters are homeowners, drive nice vehicles, and have nice vacations which is way more than many Tucsonan's will ever have! Unless the proceeds from this thrift shop go to impoverished firefighters,() it looks to me like these guy's found yet another way to make more money by selling their junk! I can't sanction this store! Btw, one would not believe the amount of thing's ppl give them free of charge, (it's the company way). Please remember firefighters are PAID to save lives; it's not 4 free folks! Again, if I'm missing something here I'll edit this post.

It used to be my favorite thrift. noticed over last 6 months that prices have been climbing, first time I've ever left without buying something, usually many items. this trip in shocked me, prices were ridiculous, whoever is in charge of pricing has lost their mind. saw two art prints with major retailer tags still on them, thrift price was five dollars less, all for supporting firefighters but can find like items elsewhere for a lot less.

There prices are getting ridiculous. Things that are chipped,, sofas worn out you'd throw away, drressers missing drawers ,and trying to get top dollar for. CRAZY!.

Great monthly “estate sales” that take place the first weekend of every month. I’ve found so many treasures here and the prices are very reasonable. The only reason I’m giving 4/5 stars is because it’s incredibly crowded in the mornings (there is no capping of people like a traditional estate sale), it’s very hot inside in the summer time and more importantly it is not wheelchair or stroller friendly (the aisles are incredibly tight with furniture & shelves). Aside from that it’s wonderful!
