Last night, a girl staff member was complaining about customers, to a boy who appeared to be someone in charge, loudly, in front of customers. I thought there was a medical emergency or some kind of disaster from the commotion made, but no, it was the line of customers at 10 PM that upset her. She yelled loudly I am going to quit! And began to cry while glaring at customers from 10 ft away. I can understand being young and this is your first job, but for the manager on duty to offer no apology to customers and allow her to stay on clock was shocking to me. I drove past 10 grocery stores to come shop at a new Safeway and it was not worth it. I was surprised to see the small selection of products this store offers, because it appears large on the outside. It carries a large liquor section, but all other categories are limited. There is much better places to shop and I will not be returning. The staff here will be getting just what they want! You are welcome!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Heavy set Caucasian manager with red hair here is absolutely disrespectful. Tried to ignore us, never seems like she's willing to help. We hate that this is our closest store to our house, so we're forced to drive to Fry's a few miles farther. Every time me my wife or kids come here it's always a problem with that one manager. We've tried to file complaints on her in the past and it ended up being her trying to answer them ? WOW! Is this management rigged so we can't file complaints or what? We've even spoken to Safeway employees and they've spilled the beans. She never helps, customers either, tends to argue with other staff. Other managers at this same store have told us that she doesn't do a thing except bark orders for everyone else to do it. How can I expect a manager to help me and she can't even help her own employees DO NOT SHOP HERE. She gets paid 120k a year to do what Technology these days I swear ?

This store is incredibly peaceful to shop in. The bakery does an incredible job. The donuts are always fresh, and the deli is delicious as well. The burritos are bonus they never mind making a sandwich. I appreciate everything everyone does to make this store pleasant. Thank you all for the hard work.

What a smooth and HUGE turn out. This area has been in massive need of a grocery store for so long. The city is growing so fast and the grocery stores are thin on this side of the 303. Today was obviously jam packed with people, but besides having to drive around in the parking lot for a bit it wasn't too bad inside. The location is quite large and it's set up very nice. It of course holds a Starbucks as well. The store was very organized service great and even though it was super busy I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes to check out. I don't shop at Safeway as often as I would because prices can be steep; REALLY steep. Today I only needed certain things, wanted to check out the new store and they had some really great sales on things I buy often. The lot is shared with a few other businesses including a nail salon, Pilates, sports clips and a dentist. Soon to also be a McDonald's and I believe a Taco Bell as well.

I always have a great time shopping here because it’s not so hectic & everyone is so sweet! Today wasn’t the best though. The woman working at self checkout was so rude. She’s an older woman with a blonde bob cut. She seemed nice to some people but myself & others not so much. Maybe she was having a bad day but to be rude to me is not okay. Hopefully I won’t have to interact with her again.

We have bought salmon from the butcher that was horrid and the eggs we just bought were all cloudy and bad. The salmon was a while back after they first opened and it was pre seasoned. It tasted horrible, and it was not the flavoring. The meat was bad. We just bought a dozen eggs and they were all cloudy. We can't afford to shop somewhere we have to throw away food. the quality is too poor and prices too high.

We went to the Starbucks inside and Emma G. was such an awesome barista we just had to shout her out here! Our drinks were amazing and her customer service personality was spot on! We will definitely be back to this location! (love, the girls going to get our nails done lol)

HUGE thank you and shout out to Lynn and the Bakery crew, Jessica and Angie, for going above and beyond by helping out with a last minute order. They were able to accommodate our request without hesitation and absolutely killed it. Way to go. Outstanding work!!
