And again... Sage and Fire delivers great experience. This was the first time using the delivery service. The site was easy to navigate, but before completion of the order, I still felt the need to call to make sure everything was good. I also took the opportunity to find out about any specials. Miriam was super helpful on how delivery works, the specials, the discounts for being a first timer(which I didn't see reflected on my total and she explained why), and checked to make sure the order was complete (felt comfortable sending it while talking to her).
Upon delivery, Tony was stellar. He was patient, kind, and just the right amount of conversation for the purpose ?. I was coming outside to meet gim, and he was ready for front door service! Other dispensaries could use a leg up with that idea. It make you feel less scuzzy and more of a patient/customer.

Again with these guys, they just keep just getting better and better even though I mean, I didn’t think I could happen. There was a little mistake on the website they actually hook me up with two free pre-rolls because of it and it didn’t slow down my order or anything. They got right to me in a very fast matter about it all and we were able to handle it. I swear about a few minutes went by then Randy pulled up and I had everything I had ordered and the extras. These guys take care of their people the customers and goes to show with the smiles on their faces. My Randy the driver today was awesome friendly had had some cool style. I loved his hat, which is a sage fire hat with a stash pocket. I especially can’t Forget to send a shout out to Emma, who is super kind and very tolerant, even though I kinda was messing with her a little bit at first about the mixup in the order and she had no attitude or nothing. She was just good spirited and and was upbeat, positive, apologetic and empathetic to the whole situation which is you know that’s just straight professionalism at its best. so I mean they know what they’re doing and I’m happy that I can have them in this community as one of our local businesses. Thanks my Bros at S&F!!
