I am just back in Lancaster after being in Europe where the shelves are full. But here many of the shelves were empty. There was a shocking lack of availability &/or variety of fresh produce specifically: fruit, vegetables, some meat & dairy. Similarly large empty spaces in freezer sections, &; grocery sections e.g., coffee, nuts, etc

Plenty of stock. Easy to locate items.
Why have machines to scan self scan tickets, when you can walk out straight after someone else, also not good if your hands are full.

Love the staff, they always open a till for my elderly mum and aunt as they know they dont like self service! Always have the products and quality we want. Fruit and veg are fresh and well presented. The cafe there is lovely, we go often. Well priced drinks and meals, the staff are wonderful, friendly and quick to serve and move the queue along.
