I didn’t like the store or the management of the store. Long time of waiting even there are not a lots of clients! Staff are mean and they don’t want to work they make you feel that they have been forced to come to work.

Scheduled appointment to have tires that I bought here rotated and balanced. Arrived early for appointment and was told they could not do the service because the balancing machine had been down for 3 days. Why didn’t the scheduler in India who made the appointment know this? Incompetence is apparently infectious!

I just want to say that the ugly woman in the Cafe wasn't just physically unattractive, but her attitude was HORRIBLE. She was actually annoyed because she wanted to take a personal call instead of doing her "Black job!"

Please get pleasant people to serve your members, of which I am one but not for much longer!!!!

Never answers the phone when you call. Literally called the store 14 times and got no answer. I ordered diapers and baby wipes and only received the baby wipes. Not surprising every single review is a 1 star. Target would never

Dear Sam's of Tuscaloosa Alabama, I'm gonna need you to stop asking to see my membership card. I would not be gracing you with my presence if I didn't have one. In addition to this, I would gladly appreciate if the door greeters who think they hold power to calm their attitudes down when us amazing consumers enter the store. Some of us wonderful members wear headphones when shopping and the attitudes received when we didn't "hear" them. Then, proceed to smartly commented they already asked us once. " It's absolutely unwelcoming, not appreciated and unprofessional. This is an issue I have dealt with more than once, as well as the others that came in before me.Thank you for taking this seriously.

I am sick and tired of when I come in sams club in Tuscaloosa alabama and Eric the front end manager takes it upon himself to harass me by following me and my wife around the club!!!! He has had a problem with me going on 4 years now. He has called me a racist and threatened myself and my family by kicking us out because he mis heard a conversation that he walked into. Today is Saturday August 10th 2024
I have reported him several times to higher management and home office. This needs to be stopped immediately. I will not be harassed by Eric again.

They are running a special so I joined because there isn’t a Costco here and I don’t always want to drive to Bham to go there. Walked in and they can’t print my card because the machine doesn’t work, give me a piece of paper and say come back in about two weeks. Some of employees are nice but a large number look and acted miserable. Kid wanted yogurt, machine was broken. Drink machines didn’t work either. I’ll use this membership but this place isn’t close to being on the same level of Costco.

New member here, I've came here 3 times and there are never any shopping carts at the door. This is ridiculous to watch groups of people walking around the parking lot looking for carts after PAYING a membership fee! Get your stuff together Tuscaloosa Sam's Club!!!
