We were very pleased with our experience at Sam’s furniture as well as the outlet. Evan was perfect checking in periodically and letting us look on our own. Landen also helped us when we walked over to the outlet store They answered all of our questions and after we made a decision they had a quick process at checkout and carefully loaded our furniture. I am happy to find a business with obvious integrity and skill. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely go to Sam’s first for future purchases. Thank you Evan. Thank you Landen. The lady that does the paperwork was rude and condescending!! I have bought several living room sets from this store over the years….. I won’t be back, I will be driving to Springdale next time.

Wish I could report better, but the manager just spewed the company line instead of trying to do what was right by a customer. When someone spends $10,000+, there should be a commitment to that existing customer over a customer that "might" come in and want to see a floor model. Nuf said.
