Great place to shop for high quality & durable range hood! The owner is very nice, professional & greets you immediately as you enter the store. Our over the range microwave broke so we wanted to convert it into the range hood & use the counter microwave instead. The owner explained to us what we need & even called her contractor to get it done for us on the same day. I highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a high quality range hood! I just replaced my old San yang pai hood with a new one. I was able to order one over the phone and had it installed within 24 hours! Talking about efficiency. I'm kind of loyal to range hood from San Yang because I have been using it for about 2 decades without any problem, It's powerful, easy to clean and simple to operate. The best of all it's durable, it's running for almost 20 years and still running great now in my kitchen. I just bought a new version of San Yang for my tenant in SF Peninsula recently. From purchase order, arrange installation, onsite installation with technician and test running, everything went through smoothly and efficiently in a professional way. I just replaced my old range hood with CY-968 last week and we love it! We used to get a lot of smell in our entire house when cooking but now I can hardly smell anything. When we were at the store Ruby was very professional to help us to pick the best model for our place and to arrange the installation process. Both my wife and I are very satisfied for this deal.

BTW, I really like the old-fashion design of CY-968. It reminds me of my childhood that my grandmother cooking delicious foods for me while I was standing behind her and waiting. Those new fancy stainless and seamless range hoods may look better and more attractive, but the old-fashion ones put a little taste of memories into the foods, if you know what I mean.

I needed a spare part for my CY-88 hood and Ruby was very attentive and helpful. I’ve owned the hood for 10+ years and was able to fix it so I can probably keep it for another 10. Great product.

I bought a San Yan Pai range hood from Fuh Yi Trading and owner Ruby provided excellent and personable service. She arranged delivery of the hood to my home and connected me with a installation contractor. I needed some duct work done as prior range hood was recirculation type without connection to exhaust duct going outside the house. Her contractor was able to help with all of that.
