Getting True Value in there ... great idea. Need more grocery carts ... especially the smaller carts. The men's room is a pig sty and the toilet in the men's room was built for midgets. A lady there ... 40s white curly hair ... I've never seen her do any work. Big salary no doubt, but no work.

I've been overcharged and ripped off multiple times over the last year, and it has cost me at least $1,000 in losses. They all should be investigated for deceiving customers. Just go anywhere else, but here, these people will do you dirty, I swear to god..

I honestly hate coming here anymore. Everyone is rude and unprofessional. Make sure if you accidentally drop something just leave it behind because if you take it to anyone they give you a mean attitude "I'm not the leak person. I'm the cashier" I've grown up in franklin and the people now are the worst it has ever been.

While their advertised sales are great deals, every single time I go there, I am overcharged for something. Also, it smells bad in there, like someone spilled milk a decade ago and it never quite got cleaned up properly.

Prices are a tad high but last night went down to just get corn as quickly as possible I told my mother I was going to rush ahead so we can be in an out the store due to holiday rush but the workers there where friendly and helpful except one. He down talked my mom and followed her through the store telling only her she needs to hurry up and that they where closing soon so she better make her selection and get out. Since when do employees talk to customers like that? She walks with a slight limp due to multiple surgeries and had gloves and a hat on from the cold. I understand wanting to close to go home for holidays the next day but it's not wise or humanely to talk to people in general that way even when making sales or running a business just left a terrible view in my opinion of that one worker but thankfully the girl an other people in the store where much friendlier...

The store has decent prices. Especially compared to Giant Eagle. The ppl who work there are super friendly and helpful. The deli meat is ok and the pre-pachaged deli food is ok. 7The hot deli food is better. But the pizza in the hot deli is really good. The produce is awful! It's old and unkempt. But occasionally yt?/t%t%/buoy have decent fruit for good prices. The store is fairly clean. And the selection is ok. With all that said, I still will ONLY shop at Sanders. NOT GIANT EAGLE!

First time here. A gem hidden away in a backstreet.
Didn't realize how much is available in the building; typical supermarket, but with a floral dept, Deli and tables to eat at.
My wife finally found her much-loved Middleswarth chips in this area! 👍 Very friendly staff on the registers.

I am all for supporting local business but today 3/19/23 the store manager basically told me she couldn’t guarantee I didn’t steal from the store after their employees didn’t pack all of my items in my bags. This store refused to replace 2 items that THEY neglected to give me. Ordinarily I would leave something like this alone and move on with life but I don’t take well to being implied to be something I’m not. Sanders, you neglected to give me items I paid for and then basically told me “not my problem, deal with it.” Essentially this store stole my money.
I will never purchase another item here again!”
