Awesome custom arrangement delivered for my wife for our anniversary! Second picture is five days later. You might be able to find something almost as pretty, but you don't get flowers lasting that long and looking that good from lesser places.

Went in to purchase flowers for our uncle's funeral. After speaking with Sandra and talking to my siblings, we decided on a large silk flower arrangement. Seminole fans here but Uncle James loved his UF Gators so orange and blue Gator colors were chosen. The flowers were beautiful! Thank you so much, Sandra!

I received a bouquet of flowers from Sandra’s Flower Basket, and I am just amazed at how beautiful this bouquet is so far. I got the flowers 3 days ago, and they keep blooming, and the bouquet is more beautiful each day. These pics are from the 3rd day. Also, they were so kind when delivering them. I just cannot say enough nice things about this shop.

Honestly very disappointing presentation. I love sending flowers out to friends and family and this is honestly the first time I have been so disappointed. This was my first time with this shop, and it’s just sad to see there was no care in making something beautiful for the customer. The red flowers look so sad, and it definitely is lack luster all together. For over $80?! Insane the quality for the price.

I recently ordered and was charged for the premium Garden Oasis Bouquet. It was delivered fresh by 8am and looks beautiful, but it is not the upgraded arrangement that I requested. I reached out, and they confirmed that they had filled a standard bouquet order, not a premium. The store apologized and agreed to credit the difference back to me, which they did. I am quite satisfied with the resolution, still have a beautiful bouquet, and will be ordering again in the future.

terrible terrible service. spent 150$ on their website to have a bouquet delivered at an address that was approved on the site. I received a call from Sandra who said she will be canceling my order as it was too far for her to deliver and that I would have to wait 5 days to receive my 150$ back. I will NEVER spend my money here again, not to mention the lack of compassion or care from the lady that called me. unbelievable

I have never had an issue with a business as I did with this florist. I called a day prior to needing the flower arrangement to place an order. I was able to make the order on the phone and etc. the day and time I was promised didn’t actually happen. The shop was closed and no one answered. This is sad because now I don’t have what I asked for on top of wasting my darn time. I will never trust this company and will spread the word to the community! Unreliable and untrustworthy!!
