Super disappointed - properties on Thunderbird road have a large amount of clean up required - they cleaned the outside of the fences I have spent a week trying to get them to come clean up our yard as only 1/8 of what came over stayed on the outside of the property. Although I have called and gone over there they say it a liability to come onto our property, however I have suggested I would supervise there workers and they still refuse to come and clean it up. I have told them that property owners on this road have livestock and if someone livestock digests this plastic they will have more of liability issue! They refuse to take care of there problem. Its disgusting!!!!

Sorry to all the bad experiences. Unfortunately the agriculture / produce business is very unpredictable. Many factors cause delays such as picking packing and cooling. We try our hardest to provide the best customers service we can and apologize for any inconveniences.

They are pretty good about loading fast, in and out within an hour usually. They do have a scale, and clean bathrooms.

Pre cooled on my way there arrived at 44° they ask for 40°
Arrived on location pretty easily
Checked in with all my info and
PO #, ID , trck/trlr plates customer destination
Went to scale out empty weight with scale on site, then proceeded to load
In and out within 1hr
Fast loading
Big loading docks so plenty of space
Need axels all the way to the back docks are on a slope
Dust bowl so enter slowly to avoid making a mess

Not a bad place to get loaded quick and easy.. Check in is at 7 am and they start loading 8 am sharp got a door and was loaded by 8:45 am they have overnight parking. And clean restrooms.

Ended up showing up a day early and a little past last check-in time. They still took me. Did an awesome job of loading me early and quickly. Only spent an hour on the property. Last check-in time is 5pm
