1 star because you can't give 0 or negative stars. If you're a tanker don't come at or a little before you're appointment. Come about a day early and you might get outta here around your appointment. This place is a joke! You might even get your 34 in while you're here! Did I mention this place is a freaking joke.. this isn't a once in awhile thing either. Its everytime and IT'S WHAT THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES ON!!!! PATHETIC I TELL YA

If you're hired through a temp agency, be prepared to take on more than your fair share of the workload. Permanent employees often do less and can be indifferent to others needing assistance, leaving temp staff to pick up the slack. It can be a challenging environment if you're expecting teamwork and support.

The only reason they lost one star is because the property is so severely tight. That being said -do not come before your appointment! Their system here is so specific and so severe because it is so small even a single truck that does not belong here will make everything so much worse. Get to the gate on the passenger side there's a small CB radio that's how you let them know you're here. You need your pick-up number that begins with 077 usually. At that point you come in and they will come to your truck to give you instructions. When it's time to load you disconnect and they will put your trailer in a door you do not have to do it yourself. Make sure you have straps or load locks in the trailer. I had to be pre- cool to 34 I don't know if that's the same for everybody. I will update my load time etc if I remember I just wanted to make sure I got this part.

This place is really kinda-a-pain, but the people are so nice it makes up for it.
Pre-cool your trailer! Leave a few locks in to chill, they will use them.
You have to call the # on the wall so just park and shut it off, if somebody is parked at the gate just squeeze in next to them, they’re used to it.
Yard-dog will grab your trailer because it’s so tight.
Go on sleeper berth because it will be a minute.

Super easy place to find, the shipping and receiving guys are super kind an nice! Soon as you get to the front gate, get out of ur truck and go up to a little Intercom to ur right and let them know you’re there to pick up and provide ur number. They open the gate, pull up to the small brown office trailer on ur right side with ur license. The receiver will come out and check you in, from there they will instruct you what to do next. Awesome and amazing people.

Been here a few times, taken me early every time, dock workers are friendly and they get you back on the road quicker than most shippers I've been to.

No scale at this facility so if you're a tanker loading here you'll need to scale at the truck stop,very tight load out area and if you have tall stacks you won't make it under the rack,the workers here were very helpful and polite and load time took under an hour
