Much like the ganjery the pricing is obtuse and the lack of clarity on taxes up front is misleading and the menus are difficult to read and follow. Decent flower, just got a sense I was bothering them by my presence. The ganjery is a little better but only because they do secure nice flowers across their pricing but both businesses could use lessons on classic dispensary setups that work and make sense.

I dont usually leave negative reviews but both Satori and The Ganjery were less than pleasant experiences since I've been back in McKinleyville and makes me miss living in eureka at least the weed buying is more succinct and less confusing there.

I bought a cbd rso pen. The first two doses came out gritty and made me not feel so good. After two doses, the pen would not dispense and more product. It was clogged. I should have returned it asap, which would have been 48hrs later upon realizing….. however I waited 6 weeks due to having another pen to use. Today, I was told there was nothing they could do. They have a 24 hr policy. They offered nothing when I had a 98% full pen I purchased from this establishment, that was a bad batch and a non functioning pen. I had made many purchases from this business. They put the loss 100% on me and I still have the product that I am sure is not safe to ingest. I consider this bad business. This was suppose to be for health reasons and this particular pen, caused ill health effects. Take your $ elsewhere. Xo.

This place has gone downhill seriously in the last six months. SO many better options around from flower to oil. The final straw was when the security guard called my dog fat once....lol. Used to skate Satori wheels even twenty years ago and want to give them business but just can't find myself even checking them out anymore. TT is just not good herb either IMO.

I do not generally leave reviews of a negative nature because of the long-lasting impact they can have on small businesses with that said this is why I will no longer shop at satori wellness after years of being a loyal customer and referring many of my friends to satori wellness I was treated quite unfairly today after 2 or 3 minutes of looking at the menu I was asked nicely by one of the bartenders if I could please step aside so that they can help another customer I said sure a different bartender asked me after a moment if I would like to be helped by them I said I don't care I asked him to show me a couple different products and I was looking over the menu he stated to me that he had other customers to help keep in mind this was not a very busy time I said okay well if you would like to help other customers I'll step out of the way he replied well this is the second time and you've already look at the menu so just pick something this is not the first time this particular person has been rude to me and to others that I have referred to the dispensary long story short I'll be taking my business elsewhere to add insult to injury it took the manager 5 days to get back to me because she said she couldn't track down my phone number although I had called twice a day and left my name and phone number plus it's on file because I've ordered online from this dispensary and to make it worse instead of talking to me about the incident that happened immediately told me I was banned because a staff member perceived my behavior as threatening I asked what I did that was threatening she replied they said you were leaving because you didn't want to catch a charge I asked her if she had viewed the video she said she had and said that she didn't see my behavior or demeanor as threatening I said that's probably because it wasn't after 5 minutes discussing this issue with her on the phone she never once mentioned to me what she planned to do with the rude employee or apologized for the behavior of said employee

This is one of the best dispensaries in Humboldt. Very thankful to have it so close to home. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Their recommendations never disappoint! Major props for including taxes in all pricing.
