Drink was fine. But way overpriced! We got the maple bourbon large iced Latte. No extras. And paid $8.37. First and last time going here. Starbucks is cheaper!

Scooter's Coffee is my Starbucks. I love coming here on my days off and treating myself. Each experience has been quick and pleasant and all the items I've tried thus far has been delicious! Every worker I've met has been super kind, courteous and always makes me look forward to my return. I Ieave Scooter's with a smile and that's super important to me. Thank you, guys! ❤️

I'm not sure what was happening the back door was wide open with a fan blowing and there were people going in and out maybe the air was out. I'm not sure about the drinks going out the backdoor. This was my first visit. I wasn't familiar with the menu. The lady came out with a iPad to take my order and I asked for a menu she never showed me her tablet so I just had to order an iced Espresso once I got closer to the outside menu I saw several things I would've ordered but maybe next time.

The BEST customer service! I ordered a hot pistachio drink but they accidentally made it cold. No worries I get things happen! The sweet young man at the window sincerely apologized and gave me another drink. He went above and beyond to make our day! He gave my kiddos a doughnut and sucker. He had the best attitude! I could not be any more pleased.

Hello I came here on May 2 around 3 ish and the nicest person was helping be with my order I think her name was like Sharon or Shelby she told me but I forgot sorry she was very helpful and nice the whole time she seemed a little bit stressed which I’m not really shocked about it’s the busiest time of day and she seemed very anxious but she was absolutely amazing and very helpful so thank your Sharon or Shelby sorry about forgeting again she was great 100% coming back
