BBQ quarter chicken leg, potatoes, and vegetable medley from the hot bar is delicious. Price is fair for prepared foods bar. Selection of ready to eat food is excellent. Will definitely recommend to anyone asking about a BBQ spot. Additionally, the staff and cashier are extremely friendly and the bathroom was clean.

I went there today for the first time and will never be back.Total Rip off...Saw they had a butcher online and I went to get some meats and didnt check the price on the chicken thighs. I felt it was a bit pricey so when i got home i noticed the outrageous price of $18.81 for 3 chicken tighs ($10.39 x lb)!!. I was not going to drive back 30 minutes back to the store so i had to swallow it dry...I feel humilliated

The markups at this store are absolutely appalling. I was in the grocery business for over 15 years and I have a good idea at price gauging customers, but this store is ridiculous. I shop mainly at health food stores and they can be pricy, but this store had higher markups than any of the other health food stores I patronize and they do not carry the quality the health food stores do. Greed is greed and that is how I see it.

I had a delicious deli sandwich a couple years ago. Decided to try it again. This time it was barely edible. The bread was stale and there was very little meat.

My recent experience at Scott’s Valley Market left a sour taste in my mouth—literally. I've been a regular customer, often ordering their rack of spare ribs for parties. However, my last order included side dishes: baked beans and coleslaw. To my dismay, both dishes were awful . The baked beans were overwhelmingly salty, while the coleslaw smelled bad and tasted off. Upon calling to address the issue, I was met with rudeness from a kitchen staff member who dismissed my concerns. Despite explaining the problem, I received nothing but confrontation. It's appalling that they would serve such poor quality and refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, they were unwilling to refund my money for the unsatisfactory side dishes. But finally they did!! This kind of customer service is unacceptable and speaks volumes about their disregard for customer satisfaction.

There are plenty of other options out there that value their customers and serve quality food.
