If you are African looking for a place to buy seafood, then this is the place for you.
I love it here so much. They always have a wide variety of things to choose from.

Also, as someone who leaves an hour away, I always make it a priority to do mass shopping at least once a month.

I absolutely love this place for its incredible variety of fresh fish, vegetables, and fruits! The convenience of having small shops right at the store entrance where you can buy delicious fried fish, meat, boba teas, and fruit juice is a fantastic addition. While we were shopping, our pickup truck was broken into where the thieves broke the back passenger driver side window and stole 2 laptops. We were stopping by from a trip on the California coast and we live in Reno, NV. I parked the truck on the east side of the lot near the east entrance. This occurred in broad daylight at around 3:30 pm. There were 3 security guards and none of them could get a license plate of the vehicle or a description of the thieves. Therefore, we will never shop there ever again.

Spent $30 on fish to come home and find out it was smelly and rotten. What’s worse is we had the guys behind the counter clean the fish and they said absolutely nothing. I live too far to go back for a refund so $30 in the garbage. We won’t come back.

Regarding about the fresh fish, cane food, vegetables, snacks and etc. I have no complaints. But about the employee's, specially the stock people their are terribly rude. You ask a questions and your not even finish asking a questions, they will respond you with a "NO" in a very rude manners. What a terrible customer service they have. One time I ask this stock employee where I can find the Frozen Turon that their saling, that stock person laughed at me and told me that they don't sale a Frozen Turon. I have to make that from scratch. The good thing is the other employee knows what I'm talking about and he showed me where I can find what I'm looking for. . . .
That employee wasn't wearing a red vest but his good on helping a customer. Majority's all the stocked people in Seafood City, doesn't know how to do a good customer service. They all Snob and Snappy and very, very rude when they answer your questions. The Seafood City don't need that kind of employees, they will loose customer because of the employee. Most of my friend's who shop at Seafood City, knows what I'm talking about. . . That is very bad publicity. Hope the owner will aware this comment. Cuz the one in Concord, all employees over there are very nice, well manners and good customer service.

Had three Pompano fish chopped into three pcs and had them fried. Got home and one of the pieces was missing. This is the second time this has happened. Why?
