This place clean and the people are friendly if you can get their attention. Especially if you don't know anything about make up and trying to get something for someone. Brie a employee at this establishment was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the promotions going on.

She made shopping enjoyable hope some of the other employees take a page out her book. Especially for a person that is out their element. It was great to know that there is many vegan make up. I never knew it even existed.

Was here two days in a row, was kept waiting in the checkout line at least 10 minutes. This is ridiculous because no one was at the counter to help with the line in this whole 10 minutes. Staff just walking around helping people choosing products but no one accepts payments

Well stocked, but this one worker ruined our birthday shopping trip. At the counter I was suppose to get 50% and 25% because of my rewards and she didn’t give me a single single sale. I’m so mad.

Last minute cancelation of a pre-paid (8:55 AM on the day) for a wedding makeup. The person that spoke to had a "tough for you" attitude. Whatever happened to customer service.

Safora, if you made the pre-paid appointment and took the deposit, it is your responsibility to fix the situation, not to cancel at the last minute, and have your employee be rude to the customer.

I always love sephora, and this one did not disappoint. Nikki was a great help to me and very kind! It was my first time in the store and she showed me where all my favorite products were located. I definitely will be back!
