We all know how difficult it is to hit the lottery… It can be just as difficult to find that one perfect shop for a Perfect Haircut. Well…
Let me tell you; This shop is very clean and decorated nicely. The lady, a sole-proprietress, does not mess around. She is fast, very friendly and I HONESTLY received the best looking haircut I have had in nearly 20 years. And her price is lower than the competitors. I will definitely be a returning customer. See for yourself. There may not be a secret for winning the lottery, but if you want to hit the jackpot with a good stylist that delivers Hollywood quality haircuts, then you just need to check her out at Serge’s Barber Shop. True Story.

Here, at the Old Forge location, we run a smaller shop but do our best to keep our customers happy!! All our customers are greatly valued and we love seeing each and every one of them. Most of the customers who come in regularly are known by their
first name and we try to maintain a good relationship with each one, keeping the conversation friendly and laid back. It's a great atmosphere to get your haircut, clean shop, and wonderful staff. We love what we do & will do just about anything to keep our customers coming back❤️

Awful experience. I called ahead of time to see if there was enough time to come by. I was insured that their hadn't been anyone in waiting in line, just one person who had walked in. I said no problem and made my way down the street as I only live a couple blocks over. I walk inside and noticed there were 2 stylist working, both working with a client. No biggie, I introduced myself, and sat in the waiting area. About 10 mins go by, and another man walk in, and sits down with me and the other gentlemen waiting. After some more time has passed, the two stylist finish up there cuts. The young lady disappeared for several minutes and than when coming back out to the common area, she stood on her phone for a long while, while three of us sat not even five feet from her. She than eventually acknowledge us and asks whos next. I spoke up and said the gentleman at the end was first, before myself. The younger stylist came over and took the gentleman who arrived after me. I was very annoyed, mentioned how that was very rude, and had left. I knew I was being laughed at by the workers. I never mind waiting for a haircut especially when it wasn't an appointment, however this was extremely unprofessional and I will no longer be suggesting this location. It doesn't matter if someone for the first time walk in a building, or they have been a long costumer coming for years, respect is respect.

Stopped in today for a haircut, awesome staff, nice place. Rose cut my hair perfectly, which is hard to find. Any guys looking for a good fade go see Rose, she is awesome! This is my new spot.
