If you order food here make sure to check your order before leaving the store. A few times now have had items not included. The most recent example I ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce, they gave me the marinara but not the mozzarella sticks. Have also had issues sandwiches being made incorrectly which seems to have been an issue for other reviewers as well.

This by far has to be the worst sheetz in the area, which is unfortunate because it's a newer store. I ordered food inside with a combo meal for my son. Soda machine was off, ok they have a drive thru one so I asked to have it filled to keep the deal. Two employees hesitated on doing it as if they couldn't unless I was in the drive thru. Food was terrible, the hoagie wasn't even made in the bread just cut slightly and everything thrown on top. The store culture is terrible, it needs better leadership to give guidance to the lost associates. I just moved near this area but definitely going to 248. Better by leaps and bound food and service wise.

Ordered a homestyle chicken sandwich on my lunch break, get back to work and take a bite of the sandwich only to see they put everything but the chicken patty on it. How does that even happen? Plus the bread was stale. Extremely disappointing.

I have been sitting here 10min after only ordering a drink, and watched Gabe, the guy that came over, put my drink behind which is now in the red to do a different drink. Once it was finished it didn't even look the same. They had to redo the cup and stuff in it. See how even still the chocolate swirls are missing and this is after the child manager Jay fixed it. I get this drink at the sheetz near my house all the time. This is ridiculous and pathetic after 16min. They only got 2 stars because they were polite about it. Please train your employees. Thanks.

Horrible, pumps never produce receipts. Window washes are always empty. Instructions on Online orders for pick up time are ALWAYS disregarded. Loyalty cards never works at the pump....when your betting charged $3.06 a gallon, you should get loyalty points.

Good new location. Sheetz spicy chicken sandwich is the best (boss style). Good fresh fries too. I like their points program, cheaper gas pretty easily.

The staff I dealt with was very friendly but this place was disgustingly dirty especially for a brand new store. The counters by the drinks and coffee were gross and their was trash on the floor everywhere I looked. Not a good start for a new location. I would have taken pictures of how bad it was but my phone was in my truck.
