I've been coming here since they opened to get a car wash. At the beginning they used to sweep and rinse the front of the car with a broom and hose to clean all the debris and insects. They don't do that any more. Last week I asked the manager why they don't do it any more and she said "it is a courtesy of the attendant if they feel like doing it". Well today I asked the attendant to do it and she told me the same thing " it's a courtesy" to which I responded "well I hope you're feeling courteous today and if not I could do it myself" but she just ignored me, turned on the car wash and went inside. It is sad to see how these newer generations of employees are not trained or just don't care about providing excellent quality of customer service anymore. I am bringing this issue to corporate.
