Worst shoe store in the known universe. As soon as I stepped into the store, I was profiled as a shoplifter. Condescending, rude, and unhelpful staff would only allow one shoe to be tried on. When I asked for the other shoe, I was summarily ignored. Don’t customers have to try on shoes before buying? After waiting ten minutes for the other shoe, I got up and left. To exit the front door, sign says pull, but no handle, which obviously violate fire code. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Great clothes/shoes store. You have a big variety of choices for shoes and clothes. They have a lot of big name brands like Champion, Adidas, Nike and many more. If you think the prices are high, just wait a couple weeks. It is not uncommon for there to be sales. They have shoes, clothes, hats, backpacks and designer masks. Also good customer service. Great clothes/shoes store.

Worst customer service! the shoes were mispriced and none of the representatives acknowledged the mistake in price of their behalf. When escalated to the manager Mario Campos he was also of no help and plenty of attitude. We ended up not purchasing the shoes, even though it clearly stated $49.99. See picture below. We we will not be shopping at Sheikh shoes after a very bad customer service experience.

I went to get some shoes for my grandson, I didn't realize that all the shiekh stores don't carry the same shoes so I went here for nothing I have to go to market St store but all in all the employees were very accommodating & apologetic.

I went in because they had a sale if you buy a pair of boots you get a second pair at $5 the catches a lot of their boots I have three and a half inch heels or higher and most of them could look pretty cheaply made so I had to spend a lot of time looking forward to pair of boots that didn't look cheap available in my size. The staff just hangs around chit-chatting not very customer-oriented when you ask them to look for a shoe in your size they seem to be annoyed mission accomplished though I did find two very nice pairs of boots

I have never had less than an excellent shopping experience while visiting this establishment! The staff is one of professionalism and truly go beyond to ensure that your happy with your purchases and never abandon customers after simply greeting them like some other sportswear & shoe stores. Great selections, Excellent & Knowledgeable staff, Great prices!!!

Shiekh.. though the quality of some of the heels isn't the best, it is DEFINITELY worth the price. There are ALWAYS great, comfy, unique, and pretty shoes you can find here. By far, my favorite shoe store when I'm on a tight budget. Im coming back here next payday!!!
