I always have the worst experience at shoe palace. Always get ignored by staff. I went a couple of days ago and asked a girl for a shoe and she told me they had it after she looked on her zebra device. She went to the back to look for them and she came back with shoes for another customer. I waited like 15 minutes for the the shoe but she never came back so I left. No other staff ever came up to me to ask if I need help. Is it required to have terrible customer service skills to work at shoe palace because all the shoe palaces I have gone to have the worst employees.

This is my 3rd time going in there and they always have things marked cheaper than what they are. Then they sneakily change the tag and ring it out without acknowledging the wrong price and completely disregard how frustrating it is. Never shipping here again
