Stayed at the Travelers inn and after a long drive my partner and I were looking for a night cap and decided to stop at Shop and Save rather than the liquor store. Although, I didn’t expect much this store carried a ton of stuff; beer, spirits, salad, veggies, butcher section, canned goods, carnitas, fresh made guac and even ceviche. A one stop shop for sure, support your local grocery store!

So this is actually about the charging stations in the back of the store, which according to the company that owns them (EVgo), it is the responsibility of the store to maintain them. While there are two 50 Kw stations, 99% of the time only one is operational. So if you are I. Need of a change, and someone is there before you, expect to wait. The next closest EVgo station is 24 miles away. If, as a store, you are going to partner with charging companies, then take care of them! This seems to be common sense 🤷🏿‍♂️

Clean store, plenty of employees.
Prices are insanely high. $5.99 for 8 oz. of cream cheese? Groceries here would destroy many people's budgets. And if you like moldy oldie soft pop, the piped in music has plenty of it.

My wife had gone to go buy a couple of things we are regular customers here. When she got home she realized the guy working the register had charged her 100 dollars more on her bank card so we called instantly and the gentleman who answered didnt believe us so we had to go all the way back to the store mind yiu we live close to knights landing and show him proof and we still had to take back everything she purchased because he wanted to see everything that was purchased. He then couldn't produce another receipt because he didn't know how to work the machine. He tok us to come back tomorrow when I'm guessing the owner was there to produce another receipt I told him no I want my money back now you already made us drive back here eventually the owner told the gentleman to give us our money but he took my wife's info down we never got a call back not even an apology. I think a apology for a mistake would of been nice.

From all the testimonies on Facebook regarding the cashiers over charging, I have absolutely no desire to visit this place. This person caught it but there was no reason something could be keyed in in such large quantities. There is no other produce on the receipt and it was done twice. To charge someone over $60. I understand human error. Keying in the wrong item so it ends up more than what it is. Or keying in the wrong quantity by mistake. But 44 of something that gets keyed in that isn't even being purchased. Twice. And everyone agreeing it's happened to them too. Shame on the cashier. And shame on the owner for going along w/it or not catching the multiple "mistakes".

Only place in town a big rig can bobtail to. Parking across the street.

Good carnitas meat, nice meat counter. Lots of Hispanic leaning food stuffs. Works for me, over the horribly unhealthy food at the Love's truck stop.
