This store doesn’t give a crap about small children at all. Rather let them sit in their own soil then open up other lanes or let people use self checkout when only 2 lanes are open. Oh and 4 managers not doing a single thing sitting in the office gossiping. I’ll never ever return or give any ShopRite business ever again. What a shameful way to run any business

I took my long time friend and neighbor shopping. Found a parking space between the freight train track and store. Couldn't help but notice the security camera is pointed up. Ask the security and got a response of may it looking at the sky. This is handicap parking. The globe cam opposite end might catch somethings but a bullet cam will offer a better picture.

Fantastic ShopRite, better than the one on Bridge & Harbison. Looks small, but is huge inside. Great meat dept. Also has 12 self-checkout lanes. Downside is the small parking lot and small entrance/exit door (see pic).

They mislabeled the price of these loaves of bread as $11.97, when it would be $3.99. I should have noticed, but I was in a hurry. My wife discovered the mistake after I got home and saw the receipt.

I immediately took it back to the store. The customer service representative took me to the shelf and found 4 more mislabeled loaves. She tried to find the person responsible for the mistake, but couldn't. By then, I was tired of waiting and asked her to refund me. So we walked back to the customer service counter and she processed the refund. No, I wasn't offered a free loaf as courtesy. They discontinued the Scan rite policy a long time ago.

I hope the store manager see this.

Hi I visited this location as me and my family do frequently every Sunday to be exact. I feel we are going to need to change that. I called recently to see if I could return Purina canned wet dog food. As i purchased already and mom bought a 24 pack but i already had a 6pack purchased anyway we were going to keep Cust Srvc. explained yes with a receipt this is returnable.

I visited the location today with both items as our dog has passed away two wks ago. It's been tough the past two weeks for me and I finally had the strength to come to shop rite. At the desk the customer service Associate was willing to help and showed empathy. But when asked for the manager. Manager with short hair literally told me it's over 30days there's nothing I can do it's policy. It's been only 3days over. I wasn't able to return my purina one wet dog food 6 and 24 pack today. I am very upset had cried knowing that I have dog food that I cannot use. I took a walk in the store cause I also wanted water and a few things. I was being followed by a girl with a hoodie. As if i was going to steak something. But I'm sure this will be the last time visiting this location. The cashier didn't even look at me nor welcome me not even thank me. I didn't go to self checkout cause I wanted to see a live person. So much for that. The young lady looked like she was annoyed with working there. Had no care for the me. Didn't even ask if I wanted a bag. I did want one but than remembered this experience. I decided not to even ask. As cashier was non verbal/communicative no eye contact nothing. Horrible. I felt so uncomfortable shopping there.

A employee at ShopRite on Aramingo and Butler Street confronted me about going outside and get in a different shopping card cuz the one I had was locked up the wheels he then told me I can't go out that door and I with my stuff and I put my stuff in the shopping cart and left the shopping cart in the store and went out and got another one when I came in he said why didn't you just take both of them with you and I said that's not my job it's your job and he said well you won't be coming in here no more and he started talking trash never identified himself as security or anything and told me I was blocked from the store. Very unprofessional older gentleman all he had on was a hoodie that said Security on the back of it I like the incident go went and got my lunch meat and then went about shopping in the store when I got to the cash registers he was there waiting to add me on and talk more trash don't come back in the store again I would like to hear from somebody from ShopRite at that store's management about their security and how they deal with people and talk to people you don't talk to a 50-year-old man like a little kid and say white boy

Has been a great supermarket since they've been there. The meats are so fresh and they have such a variety of anything you can think of. The bakery has fresh made donuts everyday, and the store is a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. There's always a miserable employee or two at any workplace, which I myself have been at some point, so no points taken off for a bad day. 😊

Did a ShopRite delivery order for my mother and this is the strawberries they picked and gave her …. All slimey and molded … What a disgrace! The customer service is horrible and that store has gone down hill that’s why I’d rather go across the bridge and shop there. Never again.
